My dermatologist recommended this shampoo to help clear up eczema on my neck. I never realized that my old shampoo (Pantene) would have such a bad reaction to my skin. I was apprehensive about having no scent, but now that I've switched, my skin has really cleared up and it's worth not having a scent. Now, if I use a name brand shampoo, even once, I break out instantly. I also used to break out in sore bumps on my scalp, but haven't had one since. The only setback is that it's so gentle that I'm almost forced to shower everyday to control oily hair. But shampooing twice will get your hair squeaky clean. And another tip, Dove unscented body bar, which I use on my body and face, is also a good sensitive skin product.

This is a great shampoo which has really helped my daughter with a flaky scalp problem. If you buy from Amazon, however, avoid seller BeautyCost. They shipped the product in an envelope with no packing whatsoever, and it was squeezed and spilled during shipping resulting in loss of some product and an annoying mess. (I haven't experienced this problem with other sellers.) With what they charged for shipping, they could have done a much better job of packing. Left seller feedback for BeautyCost with no response.

It was wonderful to find a truly fragrance-free shampoo, and it left my hair clean and easy to style. I'm asthmatic and fragrance is as bad an allergen for me as cigarette smoke and animal dander.
