I'm very pleased with Farouk's Chi Deep Brilliance Balance Shampoo. I use a mild relaxer and have not had any problems. I used to use only organic products for moisture but I could not keep my hair straight so I looked for a salon-grade product that was actually non-drying. The whole cationic thing definitely works for fine hair & prevents tangles & extra breakage. I also own a Chi mini flat iron & plan on purchasing some other styling products from the Chi line.

Price is very different from the price at the salon. And there is a chance to buy a fake. To my happiness is real Chi. Shampoo cleanses the hair well and does not dry the scalp.

I have been in search for a great neutralizing shampoo sulfate and paraben free and at last…I have.

The suds are pink when all of the chemical has not been washed away from the hair which is a great feature (but I gather my hair stylist should know this anyhow). It reminds me of the neutralizing shampoo used when I was in my adolescent years. It makes me realize that this product is made gentle enough to use on children's hair.
