This colon cleanse product is no joke. the negative is that I spent more time on the toilet than I care to share with fellow amazon shoppers. Although that's the point of this product isn't it, so I guess I cannot complain too much. The positives is that I felt no cramping, no unexpected side effects of any kind.

I really liked the idea of the green tea capsules and that;s why I decided on this brand. Although, you basically only get a two week supply so keep that in mind if you plan on continuing a weight loss plan after your done with the cleanse. This was the first step in a new holistic training program for me and so far I have feel fantastic.

I continued the green tea extract as they are great for energy without the stimulant effect caffeine gives me. Also started the raspberry ketones which are also working better than expected (Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules (500mg) + FREE 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder). I haven't tried other colon cleanse systems nor have I tried other weight loss supplements, all new for me, but my experiences have been nothing but positive up to this point.

I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered the product, after reading some of them I felt I made a BIG mistake and intended to send it back as soon as it arrived, instead I decided to try it then send it back if it didn't work. After 2 days I wasn't impressed, but by the third day I was pleasantly surprised! Since the third day I've been achieving regular, daily, SIGNIFICANT bowel movements; the surprise is I thought it had to hurt in order to be effective, but not so. I haven't experienced any pain or cramping whatsoever! I will definitely recommend this product to friends and others and will use it again!!

I bought the Dual Action Cleanse to kick off my 2010 resolution to be healthier and more aware of my body. I saw the infomercials but didn't want to buy it on TV. I'm on week two and I feel really great! The product is easy to take, but it did take me awhile to get the pill amount right for what my body needs. It is NOT one of those "more is not better" products, and I made sure to find the right amount for my own body. Since starting I am regular, I have less gas, and I have better awareness for how certain foods have been affecting my body. And my pants are much, much looser. This is not just a colon cleanse, but is a whole body cleanse. It has herbs that work on all your body's systems (like the skin and liver), so it really works on detoxifying and removing all the toxins from a month of holiday splurging.

It has motivated me to really cut back on snacking and sugar and bread. I want to eat more vegetables and plants based foods. And I've started drinking way more water. It is 30+ days, so it is a commitment, but I already know I'm going to be incorporating this into my new lifestyle changes. And if you look at other cleanses online or in stores they are much more expensive. Overall, highly recommended!
