The item shiped really quick and that was great but I thought I was getting a total 24 glitter powder, but when the they arrived their was only 12 that appered to be the glitter powder and the other 12 are I think little plastic peices that are in a shape. I was under the inpresion that all 24 were going to be the powder glitter.
