These really did come in the retail box as stated in the description. I was worried as I read some reviews on Amazon with people saying they had received fake brush heads. These are the real deal.
I have been using this tool for several years now at the recommendation of my esthetician. The brushes need to be replaced periodically. In between, I clean them with my ultrasonic cleaner used for jewelry, etc.
