Alba Botanica Pineapple Enzyme Facial Scrub, 4-Ounce Tube (Pack of 2)

The new formulation smells horrible (tangy pineapple) and doesn't work as well. Leaves an oily residue on my face that the prior version didn't. Yuck. I'll be looking for an alternative. I dislike it so much I've been thinking of going to Whole Foods and exchanging it for an old version, if I can find any left on the shelves!!

I was very hopeful about this product as I was looking for something made of natural ingredients and not tested on animals. This passed that part of the test, but I wasn't thrilled with the results. It didn't make my face feel clean at all, instead it felt as if there was a filmy residue left on my skin. Rather disappointing overall.

This is the only scrub I can use on my ultra sensitive dry skin. I keep trying cheaper ones, but back I go to Alba. I use it every morning in the shower. Worth the money.

I like this product because it has a scrub in it but it is very gentle. I don't feel like I am tearing up my skin so it is okay for everyday use.
