Anthony Logistics for Men Glycerin Cleansing Bar - Citrus Facial Soaps

Like the last reviewer, I also saw this product in GQ a few years ago and have been using it ever since. I use regular Ivory/Dial for bath soap but exclusively use Anthony's cleansing bar on my face. It is amazing I never knew how much the soap I used was drying out my face until I started using this product. Because I buy it online I sometimes run out in between purchases, and I can immediately feel the dryness on my face from regular soap and begin to get the painful sting when shaving.

I don't use a lot of men's skin care products. From the GQ article I read I stick to the following routine: Anthony Logistics Cleansing bar to wash face, Sharps Kid Glove Shave Gel for shaving (**also an amazing product expensive, but will never use anything else again), Sharps Daily Prep Skin Tuner to clean face after shower/shave, and Baxter of California Super Shape SPF15 for moisturizing when I feel its necessary. After using these products for a couple years I can see the difference in my face and have substancially less breakouts / pimples than before I when I just used regular soap and shaving cream not that I have an acne problem at all but now I RARELY see even one pimple unless I slack from my routine or run out of these things. The ultimate proof I get regular compliments from women on my skin and I am by no means a fashion / grooming expert.

I took other user review recommendations and got this for my face. As a single guy I'm constantly looking for ways to keep my face clean and breakout free without all the oily girly products out there. So far this as been awesome and it smells amazing in the bathroom. Very smooth to touch the bar and not hard to wash off. So far I'm happy with it.

I too saw this product in a magazine article a few years back. It was featured alongside a few other glycerin soaps, some more and some less expensive. I bought this one as it said you could also shave with it. I didn't believe it as I have fairly sensitive skin and get razor burn quite easily no matter how good of a wet razor I use. However, this product really did work! I read one reviewer who said it made him break out...the only thing I can think of is that he must have been allergic to glycerin or another random ingredient. Anyone I've recommended this to has absolutely loved it and had no problems. My fiancé even began using it...now, it's become a rather expensive habit ;-). In fact, she uses it to shave her legs and other sensitive areas and swears it's better than any gel/cream she's ever used. We both HIGHLY recommend it!
