I got this shampoo for my girls. After a summer long of swimming in chlorine, I was looking for something to bring back the moisture and health of there frizzy hair. This shampoo did the trick along with the conditioner. For my own hairwhich I only dye every 3 months and never hair dry my hair did not work so well.
