Ick! It stinks but again... Wen rocks! If you like the smell of lavender then buy it. But I didn't like the smell.

Heard a lot of bad and good reports on Wen. I have fine thin hair. Bought this packages to see if I will like it or not instead of spending a fortune. First few goes hair felt good. Can't say better or worse than other shampoos really, but the more I used it the more my hair started getting greasy faster. Followed instructions to the number. Hair was soft, but like I said, at this price other shampoos will win.

I tried the Lavender packet about 2 weeks ago and it says to use 1/2 the packet but I used a bit more to make sure the top of my hair was saturated. I applied to my scalp only and used my finger tips to massage vigorously all over just the top of my head for 2 to 3 minutes then ran a wide tooth comb through my shoulder length hair and put it up with clips for 10 minutes.

I can tell you it does NOT smell Lavender, but a stinky menthol..regardless I used it anyway and rinsed it very well with tepid water after. I noticed that after using, my hair felt more bouncy, volume, and a little softer but a bit dry, still a little frizzy. I have even used a little bit on the mid to ends of my hair when damp and it is okay but it does not take the frizz away totally. I used a Moroccan Argon oil by another company instead last week when it was damp to keep the frizz down and dried it with a hair dryer and then added more argon oil to my dry hair and it did help.

I like WEN but feel it is too expensive for me. I will not pay 5 or 7 dollars for 1 packet! That is just too much! I don't want to pay anymore then $2.50 or 3. I have also tried the Pomegranate and it made my hair feel a bit too moisturized and it got greasy the next day. I just thought I would comment on how it made my hair feel and I think the packets sold on this site are just too pricey. On a good note, lavender is my favorite so far.

Have serious issues with dry damaged hair & this is the only product that has helped. I have tried every Wen product & this one works the best for extremely dry damaged fine colored hair. I use the balm conditioning treatment also. A combination of many factors has damaged my hair, & it had started breaking off, including using thyroid medication & well water for shampooing. Now I am several months into using Wen products, would use nothing else! My hair is soft & shiny again!

I was very excited to try this, but after one use my hair was visibly more oily and greasy looking after using it than before i had washed it. I would not buy again and am happy i only got the travel packet.
