I do not have severe acne, but I always had one or two small pimples on my chin. My skin is very oily, and I've used everything Proactiv, Skinmedica, Burt's Bees, Rare Minerals wash, and any store bought you can think of. This wash, along with the medi-matte moisturizer has eliminated all pimples and most tiny blackheads!! I haven't had a pimple in 4 weeks, which is amazing for 24 yr old wife and mother of two little ones. Very pleased with the product, and I know it's expensive, but I'm ok with it because it works so well!

I have oily skin, although this product didn't help with the oil as much as I liked it did help more than other products. It did help my acne a lot! I will keep buying it! Try the sample kits first if you are undecided about the product.
