Murad Vitalic Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser Facial Liquid Cleansers

I've never had a bad reaction to a facial product before, but this one made both my boyfriend and I break out severely. I've used products with all but one of the ingredients before, so I have to conclude this was because of a sensitivity to witch hazel or because the product is at least somewhat comedogenic.

I have been using Murad products for years. My favorite is the Pomegranate Cleanser and and Pomegranate Moisturizer. My skin is fresh and clean after using and I love the smell. I actually look forward to washing my face in the morning and before bed because it makes me feel incredibly clean and refreshed.

I've always had decent skin and tend to only breakout once a month. However since I had my daughter two years ago my skin has gotten much dryer and was breaking out more. I had been using neutrogena products with little luck until a facialist at a salon introduced to this cleanser and i LOVE IT! It's so gentle on my sensitive skin but extremely effective (and it smells good too!) Tresemme Tresemme Naturals Radiant Volume Shampoo

The Tresemme Naturals is a great line of products. This one is a great shampoo but I gave it 4 stars because the TRESemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Shampoo, Aloe Vera and Avocado 25 fl oz (739 ml) worked better for my hair so I prefer it over the volumizing. It is worth noting as well that I didn't experience any more volume with this shampoo than the other. It also makes my hair a little more tangled. It may work better for someone with a different type of hair. I see that they now have a smoothing shampoo out in the Naturals line so I may give that a try.

I can't use products like Pantene, Finesse, Herbal Essence, Aussie, and Garnier because my hair just gets so terribly dried out!! This has been the only product that I have been able to use long term with continually fabulous results. My friends ask me all the time how my hair is so soft, healthy, and manageable. I think it's a combination of things. I avoid blow drying daily and use a tourmaline dryer if I do, get my hair trimmed regularly, take vitamins, eat healthy, always use conditioner, and using a good shampoo makes a huge difference. All the hair products from the brands I mentioned before put my hair on the fritz and this shampoo fixed it up. I am a happy girl with happy hair!!

I absolutely love this product for my natural hair as well as my synthetic wigs. It is not harsh and leaves my natural hair and wigs soft and pliable.

I must add that I am African American and do not have chemicals in my hair so it is hard to find a product that works well with my hair and does not dry it out. I also use the Jamaican Black Castor Oil on my hair and I ordered it from Amazon as well.Both products seem to work well together. Shipping was fast.

I really like this cleanser. First, you don't have to use much to get your face very clean. A dab will do you when using this product. Next, the smell is mild and non offensive. It's not chemical and it isn't too herbal/floral. Lastly, after washing with this, I did not have dry skin patches around my mouth or my nose. Most cleansers left those dry patches on my face. It provides enough moisture without it being so much that you will breakout if you have sensitive skin.

It's just been a few days, so I'm liking it a lot! I recommend it!

I have been using these daily facials for several years. I used to buy them at Costco but they don't carry them anymore. They are just the right size and have just the right amount of cleanser in them. They get your face really clean without drying out your skin. Kerastase Masque Oleo-Relax (select option/size)

I used to love Kerastase's Masqueintense for fine hair, which I couldn't find on an Amazon search when I ordered this product. L'Oreal, the company that owns Kerastase, made a lower-priced version, which I only bought once because of the heavy, chemical perfume smell. This seems to be that product, only with a higher price. It's a great daily moisturizer that works much better than plain conditioners, but the smell is really overwhelming. If you're sensitive to strong perfume smells, or want to wear perfume, I'd stay away from this product as the smell takes quite awhile to wear off. If it weren't for that, it would rate 5 stars, but I'll probably look for something less pungent next time around.

UPDATE 3/08 -Have tried a number of hair masks since my original review, and Kerastase's Masqueintense is still the best one out there in my opinion.

This is an excellent product if your hair is damaged; it moisturizes very well, but also leaves hair lightweight, and very smooth. I color my hair frequently, and this product is absolutely essential. I have medium to thick hair, and it works very well. I think if you're looking for something ultra intense, I'd recommend going for Kerastase's Nutritive Masquintense Epais instead, but overall this product is just superior to everything else I have tried (and I have tried a ton). If your hair is damaged, don't forget to use a gentle shampoo before conditioning--it will enhance the benefits of the Oleo-Relax conditioner, and the results will be even better.

I have very thick hair. I stopped relaxing it one year ago and felt it was not very easy to manage. I found the Kerastase Shampoo and combined it with the smoothing mask and my hair became much more easy to manage! Now I can comb through it as soon as the conditioner is rinsed.

I have thick, wavy hair and this product did nothing but make it feel wirey and frizzy. I don't think it is worth the money when I have found other poducts (such as Redken) that work better and cost less.

Oxy Exfoliating Body Scrub

I am not going to give this product a bad rating just because it didn't work for me, unfortunately many things do not work for me. The active ingredient in this product is common for acne products so if you have mild acne or just prone to break outs every now and then this product will most likely work. However, for myself it didn't help clear my acne, it is not sever but it is constant. If this is the same case for you id recommend a benzoyl peroxide wash, currently I use a foam 5% wash on my back and arms then just switch to regular body wash for the rest of me.

That being said, this product is cheaper here than I have seen in cvs we'd like I said has reliable ingredients for mild acne.

My daughter loves the product and it comes at a good price... I will defiantly be ordering again.... I don't personally use it but she does seem to think it works with out drying out her skin.... She must like it as I keep getting asked to reorder which I do....

I bought this for a relative of mine who suffers from bad body acne on his arm. He tried the product out and in one week we noticed a HUGE difference. Half of the acne was gone.

I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from body acne. However his body acne was a result from taking creatine (a supplement enhancement for the gym). I am not sure if this would work for random breakouts.

These wipes are great! I got them to wipe my son's face and neck instead of using the Earth's Best wipes. The Earth's Best wipes are fantastic but he seemed to break out a little when I used them on his face. The Yes to Baby wipes are incredibly gentle and do a great job. Love the clean scent too!

I keep these by the table where I feed the baby. He doesn't flail around as much with these as with wet paper towels, and they do a good job cleaning up the smears of mashed fruits and veggies. The wipes seem to stay wet in the package too, much better than some other brands of wipes.

My dermatologist recommended this product. I have had trouble for years with dry/oily facial skin no matter where in the country or world I have lived (so it wasn't the local water). Oil in my T-zone all year round yet very dry skin in the winters with some peeling. I finally switched to this very reasonably priced product about 5 years ago and have never stopped using it. Phisoderm comes in the lotion cleanser and this soap bar. For some reason I prefer the soap bar. Now my face all over seems much more well-balanced in skin health. Wen Pomegranate (Gluten Free) Cleansing Conditioner 32 Oz

It seemed to me that there were a lot of mixed reviews about this product. I gave it a shot anyway. The gluten free thing was appealing to me. At first I thought it was humorous because one obviously doesn't eat shampoo, but I figured, as someone with celiacs, I might as well give it a shot. Maybe my skin reacts to gluten as well. I wasn't sure.

Previously, before using WEN, my scalp was dry and irritated, and then a day after washing (I wash every other day) my scalp would be really oily and and flaky. If I washed every day, my scalp would get even drier and flakier. Not attractive. I was also getting a minor rash on my neck shoulders and arms. Turns out the shampoo I was using wasn't gluten free. Strangely enough, my skin was reacting similarly to how my stomach acts when I ingest wheat. I hadn't made that connection until I switched over to the WEN product.

First of all, I had no problem with stinky hair. It completely cleans it. You really have to use it properly. Many times, people have trouble following directions and blame the product when it was their fault in the first place. Follow the directions. It's easy.

Anyway, The first thing I noticed was it's scent. It was a very herbal-sweet smell, and I liked it very much. It takes a bit longer to wash my hair, but it's okay. I also noticed how much stronger my hair became after only a week. My hair is also much shinier than before. My boyfriend, who is not especially concerned with hair or the like, actually noticed the quality increase of my hair and mentioned it to me, much to my surprise. My scalp hasn't itched a bit, and the rash on my skin is completely cleared up.

A wonderful product. When I run out, I will be getting more.

I used Wen for the first time this past weekend, and I am SO pleased with the product. I was fairly hesistant using it, but my hair feels so clean and healthy. Even though it doesn't lather, you know it's clean when you're done... It revitalized my hair in the dryest location, and I am now a fan. I love that it's the cleaner, conditioner and the leave-in. :) This product REALLY can be used on all hair types and I'm proof of that now. My hair is course, very very thick, sometimes frizzy, alot of times unmanageable unless u spend about an hour and half on it. I love this cleansing conditioner. It is PERFECT for someone who has unruly hair like I do. To top it off, this particular one is Gluten Free and I have a severe reaction to Gluten, so thank you Chaz Dean for making one that is Gluten Free. The bad news if you like WEN, pomegranite is the ONLY formulation that is Gluten Free. I also do not leave in any to use as a styling balm and I think a lot of people that do this will be unhappy because they probably have typical 'caucasian' hair and it would be weighted down with too much of the WEN product. However, people with fine or fairly naturally straight hair should not use WEN everyday for the same reason it might weigh their hair down. These people should alternate use with another sulfate free shampoo. For those gals out there with 'big' hair like my own knock yourself out and use WEN as often as you like it will make your hair less brittle, softer and more manageable.

I read a review that said this was mediocre,& smelled funny. I must disagree. I take steroids for my sense of smell, and I can say, there are very few products that I can stand using because of their sent, I can literally smell every molecule. This is fruitiously yummy. I am West Indian, we have naturally cotton like hair. Straightening is temporary, like minutes, don't color or use chemical anything on it, & grows 3 inches per decade. LATHER White Clay Deep Pore Cleansing Mask, 4-Ounce Jar

My face is much softer and smoother after using this mask just once. My only complaint is that I have combination oily/dry skin and if I wash my face before putting the mask on (as the directions indicate) it will burn, the tea-tree oil will sting. Instead I use it once a week, at the end of the day in place of a facial cleanser.

I remember when Swiss Yves had a big blue tub of mineral mud that cost maybe $4.99 at any drugstore. Those days are over. It's so hard to find a great clay mask these days. Well, I didn't expect it to be as good as it turned out to be. Every time I apply it, there's a cool tingly sensation which is a good sign (since it feels like it really works its way down to the pores). The mask gives a clear and healthy looking skin for up to 4-5 days so I apply it at least once a week. The smell is calming and minty almost. Definitely worth what you pay for it!

9-28-2012 I have tried this for a while now, it makes your face tingle a bit

and feels nice & clean, however I have not noticed any differance

with my pores. My pores are not very big at all I just thought maybe this might help

but it did not, not for me anyway.

I haven't really experienced much of the brightening effects that a vitamin C cleanser should have. I have experienced a little dryness since I've been using it. It may be okay for most people, but for those who have skin that is prone to dryness, I would skip this cleanser.
