This shampoo smells great. I wash my hair every day and use this one occasionally to give my hair a change. I don't find a conditioner necessary when I use this. I've been using it for almost five years now. It doesn't hurt the color.

Gives my hair a nice 'swing' after using it. It smells nice, too. The conditioner is great, also, but not necessary.
