I have tried so many facial cleansers for my serious (two rounds of Accutane) acne problems. If I don't use an effective product it shows up as cystic acne. This cleanser really gets the facial oil out of your pores, and I need that twice a day without fail to control my complexion. You don't have to use a lot of it. Have used it for two months and I'm very happy with it.

I have really oily skin and have random big cystic bumps occur. A friend encouraged me to try this. I definitley noticed about 60% reduction of oil in my pores but because my skin is very sensitive and hormonal acne I had to use anotehr scrub once a week along with an oral medication.....it definitley helps but if you have strong skin probleme you will still have to use something else. I will say it's in my 2 best cleansers for my face in terms of getting rid of oil and trying to prevent the acne.
