Saw this cream reviewed on a makeup guru's video blog, and thought I'd give it a try. It arrived quickly, and didn't disappoint. It's odorless, rich, and I've found it works great especially under the eyes. It absorbs fairly quickly and isn't tacky or greasy. Looks like the tube will last quite a while, as a little goes a long way.

I have dry skin that isn't sensitive or acne prone. I wanted to check this out for awhile because I read great reviews on it. I like the product, though it's not a miracle in a tube.

This contains paraffin, which is an occlusive moisturizerthis means it will help prevent TEWL ( trans epidermal moisture loss) aka create a barrier on your skin.

This sinks in very quickly and leaves a matte to semi-matte finish. If you're someone who doesn't like the greasy feel of some moisturizers, you'd probably like this. The only possible ingredient that could break someone out is the Steareth-10, however, it's quite low on the list, which means there's not much in there. This product does list fragrance in the ingredients list, however, I don't find it has a scent.

I don't think this is worth the price given how much product you receive, and there's nothing too spectacular about the ingredients list, so I don't think I will be repurchasing. But this is a decent moisturizer overall.

I absolutely love this moisturizer! I was introduced to the product through an online business called Birchbox. I had received a sample of it and got through about a week and a half's use a decent amount of time for me to see any sort of reaction: breakouts, rashes, etc. I have very thin and sensitive skin. It's hard for me to find any product (washes, lotions, makeup... you name it) that I'm not allergic to. I was very surprised at how my skin felt with this. It's very moisturizing without the heavy/oily feeling and it absorbs very well. Then again, I don't use very much at all for my skin to feel good. It works very well for under makeup (I use mineral makeup if that makes a difference). No worries about future oily face throughout the day! Yay! I find it's definitely worth the money, although, it could come in a bigger tube...

As an esthetician I am always on the hunt for a good day/night cream that is rich but not oily and let me tell you this is a hard combination to come by! I can say though that the Embryolisse 24 Hour Miracle Cream fits both these criteria's very well especially during the winter months. It makes my skin look healthy and hydrated without makeup and under makeup my skin has a dewy complexion without looking oily or like I'm sweating.

Its a small tube but a little really goes a long way and so for the price I think this was a great purchase. I'm very tempted to try other products within there range now.

We've used this soap for years, my hubby and I, and our little one from nearly birth (3 now). It's 86% olive oil and it's fragrance free like we prefer, but there are several other options with fragrances and various smells if that's your thing. It keeps your skin very supersoft, great for someone who likes to shower daily. Since it is so moisturizing, it's great to shave with too, just lather it on a little thicker! As I've mentioned in other reviews, I was on a quest to only buy ethical beauty products. And olive oil, if you didn't know, is the single best thing you can put on your skin to keep it young-looking. So, I bought an olive oil soap. I always feel very clean after using it, it's vegan, and it's pretty cheap. It also lasts much longer than other vegan soaps I've tried--the bar is pretty hefty. Also, it lathers really well. I don't have sensitive skin, so I can't speak to whether it is safe to use on sensitive skin--I just always buy fragrance-free everything because it annoys me to have 12 different scents on me from all the products I use.

Mario Badescu Seaweed Cleansing Lotion

This is a great toner for combination skin. Its very calming and since it doesn't have alcohol it won't dry out your skin. I've tried the cucumber version as well and still prefer this one. The whole Badescu line is pretty great especially for their prices.

Been using this for a few weeks and I love it. It's very gentle, smells fresh and doesn't have a billion ingredients I can't pronounce.

I like this lotion and its price point. I bought the first at the store when I lived nearby. So glad amazon has the 15 oz. stores here only carry 8 oz. and while I don't like to pay shipping amazon was less than buying for shipping direct from the store but no samples which I got at store. SweetSpot Labs - Gentle Wash

SweetSpot cleanser seemed heaven sent. I try to be conscious of the ingredients in most products and I was confident that a cleanser designed for my sweet spot would be gentle on it (It's called a Gentle Feminine Wash). That said, I gave this product two distinct shots. It failed both times.

I used this for months and could never understand why I was having so many problems in my pants. I kept attributing it to a preexisting health condition that I have and did not connect the dots. I ran out of the sweet spot wash (I used the citrus scent) and used another cleanser for months. When I had the chance I bought another 4 oz bottle of Sweet Spot and almost immediately (within hours) after using started having a burning problem again.

This product is not hypoallergenic. I knew that going in but I figured a product someone had designed for ladybits would be for sensitive skin. I am not sure what the ingredient/s are/were that caused s burning, blistering itch, but I don't want to keep testing. I'm using the rest of it to shave my legs and haven't had an issue. I will not use it again for its intended purpose.

May not be sweet for your ladyparts. Buyer beware.

I use this product sporadically through out the week and it is a must have. The granuales are not too harsh on your skin but get the job done. I like that it comes out in a mud like form but glides over your fash when washing. If you use this consistently your pores will become smaller. Highly recommend it.

I have never had "bad skin" so to speak but I always had a problem with random breakouts that would usually pop up when I least expected them. My only problem is that you cant get the cleanser near your eyes therefore you cant use this as a cleanser/makeup remover also this has to be used on dry skin unlike other cleansers that you apply to wet skin. It has changed my life. I have not had a single breakout since using it. It really pays to get a quality product.

Love this cleanser, which you apply to dry skin. It doesn't irritate my sensitive and combination skin, but I also recommend using an exfoliator once in a while to remove facial debris. I accidentally washed my eyes with it ouch! don't do that. I also like to wipe my face clean with a wet cloth vs. splashing. It's not the best makeup remover, but some soaps and cleansers that are better at that irritate my skin. Good luck

If you use it as a mask instead of just rising it off after applying you will get a lot more benefits from it. I use it both on my dry face or right after a shower. I massage it in and let it dry totally before rinsing. I really feel the exfoliating properties that way. This isn't a cleanser to wash your makeup with or clean if your face is sweaty and dirty. I think it should be used as a treatment, not a cleanser. Start out slowly until you know how your skin will handle it.

I have really oily skin and have random big cystic bumps occur. A friend encouraged me to try this. I definitley noticed about 60% reduction of oil in my pores but because my skin is very sensitive and hormonal acne I had to use anotehr scrub once a week along with an oral medication.....it definitley helps but if you have strong skin probleme you will still have to use something else. I will say it's in my 2 best cleansers for my face in terms of getting rid of oil and trying to prevent the acne.

I just wanted to write this review to help others with this product. I discovered this product in my local grocery store and decided to take a chance. I really, really like the Dove "Men Care" line of body wash products.

As someone who routinely picks up Axe products or the occasional Suave at the Family Dollar store, the Dove Men's Care comes as a delightful surprise.

It's not as thick as their normal, lotion body wash-more like the consistency of Axe but without the excessive perfume content.

In a few of these products, there's actually a fine texture to it. So as you're rubbing it on, you can feel these grains actually opening up your pores.

For a couple of dollars more than Axe, this is definitely a much better product. (And, the masculine scent last a couple of hours.)

I have used Dove products on and off for years, and I have always found it a reliable brand for soaps, and shower products. This product lathers well, has a clean scent which is not overpowering, and seems to keep my clean and fresh throughout the entire day.

I did not use the product as a face wash (I use a different product for that and find that a specialized facial cleanser works better). I would say that's the only downside of the claim of Dove that it can work as both, and I found that using just as a body gel was the most useful way to use the product.

The scent is clean and not overpowering, it will leave you with a fresh smell for most of the day, and it lathers well, and washes off clean. Dove seems to moisturize skin better than other products (I have dry skin at times so this was especially important for me).

I liked the product and would recommend it to anyone who likes the Dove brand, or even to someone who is new and wants to try Dove out!

This Dove Men Care bodywash is advertised as a bodywash that will not dry out skin and, instead, will moisturize skin without any kind of greasy or oily feeling on the skin.

Well, after using this product for about four weeks, I can say that it lathers up as well as the bodywash I was using previously and it does not leave my skin feeling oily or like it has a greasy lotion on it. The probelm is that I can't tell any difference in how my skin feels as opposed to other bodywashes. In the midst of winter, I thought I'd try this product out since winter tends to dry out skin more than any other season.

I simply can't tell any difference between this product and others in respect to skin dryness. It's not a bad product, I just can't say it's any better than others. Just okay and gets three stars.

I am very sensitive to scent. Because of this, I can't wear cologne or use scented toiletries. I also can't stand next to people wearing strong cologne or perfume. Because of this, my search for a body wash has been less than fruitful.

I decided to give this Dove Body Wash a try. It is smelly. Sort of a strong mixture of sandalwood and musk. Not very good for someone sensitive to scent.

It does seem to wash away pretty well, taking the scent with it.

That is the one good point.

Does it do the other things it is supposed to? I don't see any evidence of it.

I found this item to be more trouble than it was worth. The opening is on the bottom and the top is all curved, so you have to shut it before sitting it down. It also doesn't lather very well. On the other hand, the smell was OK. Personally, I'd rather just use a bar of soap.

Queen Helene Facial Scrub

I love queen helene, so I was definitely ready to try this scrub. That is, until I looked at the ingredients. WALNUT SHELL POWDER. There has been a study on walnut shell powder in facial & body scrubs. Do not buy any scrubs with this ingredient in it! Though it is not visible on the surface, it rips apart your skin, leaving tiny marks all over your face. Over time, they really show. I don't care how this product smells/feels/makes you look. In the long run, so not worth it!

I adore the smell. It does a wonderful job cleaning and exfoliating. Honey and oatmeal are both good for your skin. Other complain about the sent but I love it. If you don't care for the smell of honey then why buy it. It works very well and I am pleased

I use a lot of Queen Helene products and have always been very pleased with the quality. I wash my face daily with either the Queen Helene Cocoa Butter or Mint Julep facial scrubs and decided to try the Oats and Honey version -I was very disappointed. The fragrance is very unappealing and my face nevers feels clean after using it. My advice is to pass this version up and stick with the Mint Julep or Cocoa Butter -you won't be disappointed!
