I dont think i recieved the right product or it was expired because it didnt work. Bottles came packaged wrapped in plastic but were filthy

My hair stylist introduced me to Eufora products and I absolutely love them even better than that I swear by them. My hair is really picky with shampoos and when I used a Eufora product I noticed the difference immediately. My hair was softer, shinier, easy to style and my hair actually started growing which I was thrilled because my hair seemed to grow very slowly before. I actually moved to a state that doesnt have any salons that sell Eufora so I looked around and was happy to see the products being sold here and cheaper than retail price almost $20. The reason why I'm giving this a poor review is because I'm not sure the product I received is a true Eufora shampoo & conditioner. Im skeptical about it because the products smell different and because all the good things i mentioned before are unseen. My hair doesnt feel soft, its not shiny and since I've started using these products my hair has been falling off alot. I never complain but I think if your going to sell Eufora products it should be the real deal.

I love all Eufora products. If you're new to the line, keep in mind you really need to give it a full 30 day trial to get a feel for it. Eufora products should come with a money back guarantee after 30 days of use, backed by Eufora itself. The month of consistent use gives your hair time to really acclimate to the product in order to reap the maximum benefit.

This shampoo is my second go-to shampoo. It is not a good daily use shampoo. Despite the implication of the name (Eufora's deep conditioner is also called Urgent Repair), this is a clarifying shampoo and it meant to be used hand-in-hand with Eufora Urgent Repair Replenishing Treatment 6oz.

I use it once every 3-4 shampoos with great results on my scalp and hair. When I go crazy and add non-natural colours (such as purple or blue) to my hair, this shampoo has been a great tool to ensure the crazy colours do not stain the rest of my hair. To do this, I segment my hair so that I mostly only apply Urgent Repair to my more naturally toned hair and use a different shampoo (usually Eufora Volumizing Shampoo 10 oz) on the brighter hair. It takes some effort but is well worth the results.

As always, a little bit goes a long way and it lasts forever. It's also coloured, chemical-treated hair friendly.

I use this shampoo all the time and I usually get it from the salon where I get my hair done. When I received this shampoo it had an awful smell to it, I used it anyway just thinking maybe it was a different kind, bad idea, my hair started breaking off. I threw it out, I'll just continue getting it at my salon for a much more expensive price, but its worth it.
