This scrub is absolutely fantastic.

When I bought it, I came on amazon to read the reviews before opening it. I ALMOST returned it to the store, because of the reviews people said it is oily, waxy or whatever. I decided to try it anyway and see how it would go (i HATE oily stuff).

I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT RETURN THIS!!!

It does not feel oily! The difference I noticed from my old exfoliator (RoC) was that, instead of leaving it tight and super dry after exfoliating, it leaves my skin unbelievably smooth, like it doesn't need to make it rough dry to work, it leaves the skin perfectly balanced. It smells sooo good AND ITS 100% NATURAL! it doesn't get any better than this. (I have combination skin, it goes from extremely oily to extremely dry phases, and my t-zone peels all the time yuck)

All I can say is "wow". I have spent so much money over the years trying to find something that would help my skin. I am 29 with fair, sensitive, dry skin that is very prone to breakouts. I have only been using this stuff for a week but it is amazing. When I look in the mirror I see myself and not a bunch of pimples or scars from prior pimples. The package looks normal.The scrub looks normal. I guess less is more. I so so floored that something that is so inexpensive works so well! Maybe it only works well for my situation. I am not sure. But I will always have a tube on hand from now on. My skin has not looked so nice since before I hit puberty!

Years ago I noticed that men almost always look younger than women of the same age. I finally figured out that they exfoliate naturally by shaving every day. I've used this product for years, am age 67 and people guess me as early 50's. Caution -be very gentle when using it and use much less often in winter. This product is just wonderful! I am a 25 year old female with very sensitive, dry skin that suffers from occasional acne, sometimes cystic. Since using this (it's been about 4 months now) my skin has become so much softer and I barely have any breakouts! It also smells wonderful! My one tip is to not scrub it into your skin that much, though, as doing so irritated my skin. Just use it as you would a regular wash, it "scrubs" your face enough when you wash it off.

Lily's Organic - Seaweed Balancing Facial Cleanser

I bought this and for the price, it's a small amount but that's not the main concern, the real problem is that your skin doesn't feel clean after using it. It's a nice product to use before or after a real cleanser, but alone, it doesn't foam or leave your face feeling clean. I really wanted to love this product because the ingredients are wonderful and I like what the company stands for but I wouldn't purchase it again. After I bought this I had to buy another cleanser, one that cleans, for another $27. Considering it's such a small quantity, it will probably last forever because it's been sitting on the shelf unused.

This is hands-down my favorite skin cleanser when my skin feels a bit "clogged" or acne-prone, and I used the Sensitive Cleanser at other times. I've used Lily Organics (formerly Lily of Colorado) for over 25 years. They make their products by hand using only organic ingredients, many grown on their own organic farm. I cannot say enough about how great this cleanser is. I use it as a makeup remover with a cotton ball on dry skin (not on eyes), then wash with it with warm water. Absolutely cleans the skin perfectly. Plus it's all organic and pure.

I will not use products that contain synthetic ingredients or ingredients I cannot pronounce. Lily Organics are the best hands-down as far as I'm concerned. I have tried hundreds of products and dozens of organic skincare lines and this is the best as far as I'm concerned. I have extremely sensitive, rosacea-prone skin and I can get acne sometimes, too. Lucky me. I have never had a problem when using their entire skin care line. When I feel that my skin is sensitive, I'll use the sensitive cleanser. When I feel a pimple might be coming on--usually caused by makeup--I cleanse with the Seaweed Cleanser and it goes away before getting out of control.

I highly recommend all of their products. They don't have dozens and dozens of products which I appreciate because it has made it much easier to select the products that work for my skin type. Though I've tried almost everything in their line and they have all been superior in my opinion.

I know that Lily Organics are not well known but their products are as good as any out there and more affordable.

Chandrika Ayurvedic Soap 75 gm

I bought the 80-piece package of Chandrika original green soap from Amazon because theirs was the best price for a bulk shipment. And the reason I ordered such a large amount is that I can't be without it.

Some don't like the fragrance, saying it is too strong, but I love the smell of it in the shower and on my skin. It isn't meant for mucous membranes, being an ayurvedic product designed for a specific purpose. And that purpose is cleansing the skin and aura of the spiritual detritus that builds up and clings during the day. That is why many people say it makes them feel so good and clean and I find it has exactly that effect on me, which is why I love it so much. It is much more than a simple soap. If I've had a stressful day, or just been out shopping among a lot of people, at a party, etc. showering with this soap gets rid of the muddied or disjointed feeling, and makes me feel calm, peaceful and centered. I highly recommend it for this purpose. Note: Don't confuse this one with the Chandrika Sandalwood soap with an elephant on the box. It doesn't have the same effect. This is the original green soap in the plain green and brown box.

My 9 month old son was still dealing with dry scalp from cradle cap... one of my girlfriends told me about this shampoo and after 2 washing (along with the usual scrub with baby brush/comb) it was GONE! Both my husband and I and our little guy are VERY happy with this product and it can also be used as a body wash... which is just an added bonus! Smells great too! This moisturizer is not only great to balance your skin out but I've found that it also helps acne scars heal much faster. I have very dry skin and live in a very dry climate (Colorado in winter, ouch!) and struggled to find a good facial moisturizer for months. Most were too greasy or just didn't last as long as I needed them to. I was suggested to try this product and have found it to be the only thing that works!

Yes, it does smell like tea tree oil but the smell doesn't last all day (only about 10-15 minutes, if you can stand it...I happen to love the smell though) but the moisturizer does! The only thing I could possibly complain about is that they don't have it in a bigger container but the 2 oz. has lasted me for about 3 months and I don't use it very sparingly...

I would definitely suggest this moisturizer for anyone with acne or dry skin problems (my skin definitely has both :-/) and I hope you find it to be as wonderful as I do!

I have had horrible acne for years and I have tried absolutely everything (from medicated acne creams to the drugstore ones) and nothing seemed to be calming it down. I was on antibiotics and birth control but my acne was still rampant! I would baby my skin and not scrub or dry it out too much. I also used a clay mask specifically for acne once a week. My hair stylist introduced me to Eufora products and I absolutely love them even better than that I swear by them. I love all Eufora products. If you're new to the line, keep in mind you really need to give it a full 30 day trial to get a feel for it. This shampoo is my second go-to shampoo. It is not a good daily use shampoo. Despite the implication of the name (Eufora's deep conditioner is also called Urgent Repair), this is a clarifying shampoo and it meant to be used hand-in-hand with Eufora Urgent Repair Replenishing Treatment 6oz.

I use it once every 3-4 shampoos with great results on my scalp and hair. When I go crazy and add non-natural colours (such as purple or blue) to my hair, this shampoo has been a great tool to ensure the crazy colours do not stain the rest of my hair. I bought this because I usually buy cheap soaps, and I wanted to get something nicer this time. For the price, you're not getting very much soap so I thought the quality should be impressive. Instead, I am left feeling so-so about it.

The smell is pretty lemon-y, and I don't really like it. Also, it doesn't lather very nicely (I suppose this is the no-soap aspect of it) and I don't really "feel" clean after using it.

Anyway, it isn't the worst soap ever, but I definitely won't buy it again.

Shu Uemura Fresh Pore Clarifying Gentle Cleansing Oil - 150ml/5oz

Shu Uemura has been my cleansing oil over 2 years. I've always prefer cleansing oil over other makeup remover, and so far this is the best one I have found. Make sure you use it in the correct way so that's not greasy. It can help me to rub out some blackhead-like stuff from my pores (ok it's disgusting... but it feels so good when you can do that). I usually use a gentle cleanser after rinsing this off, just to make sure there's no leftover on my face. It's better than the purple bottle version of Shu Uemura (the skin-brightening one I think) in that it gives you a clean feeling after rinsing.

Great for oily skin who knew oil combats oil? Leaves skin soft, removeds makeup and fights acne. Love it.

Ghassoul (Rhassoul) Moroccan Lava Clay 16oz

My son was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. All the creams and shampoos from the dermatologist were not working. He had this rash all over his forehead and scalp. We tried this Moroccan Rhassoul Clay, left it on, let it dry, and then took it off. About 10 minutes after we took it off everywhere where there was dermatitis rash and where we had put the mud was seeping oil right out of his forehead. The seborrheic dermatitis I was told by the doctor is a build up of oil and then all the bacteria that lives on our skin has a great place to set up their nasty home and cause havoc. This stuff works. We now use with the rose water. You wouldn't think the rose water would make much of a difference but it has natural healing properties too. His forehead is almost cleared up now after probably 7 treatments every other day and the days we don't mud he just uses the rose water as a toner. I took before and after pictures when we started so I could show the difference. We have not used on his scalp yet. I am going to order some shampoo already made up with the rose water and the rhassoul clay from ebay but it comes from the UK so haven't gotten it yet. I am a true believer in this stuff. My father even used it on his gout and my brother on a rash he had on his neck. This jar goes a long way too and it doesn't take very much to make a paste. This is lava clay so I don't know if it has sulfur in it or not, just everyone be aware of that in case you might be allergic to sulfur. That is something I would like to know from the makers so maybe my daughter could use it. Hope this review helps. When I find something that works I like to let people know.

I love this product and will make it one of my staple products. I mixed this with hot water, Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and jojoba oil. My hair loved it!! My curls were popping and hair was very shiny. I plan to use this once a month. My hair is happy and so am I!

You have to try several times to get the right texture and it dries pretty fast. Try mixing with rosé water but must be warmed up first so it's a bit of a hassle. Trying cold water takes longer to mix.

CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY Damage & Color Repair Nourishing Shampoo, 12.9 Fluid Ounce

This is a good shampoo with a pleasant, apple-y scent. I don't think a shampoo that claims to be for "color repair" should contain sodium laureth sulfate -I'd rather have less lather and have my color last longer. That said, the lather is generous, and the shampoo left my hair feeling clean and not stripped of moisture.

I ordered three shampoo/conditioner products from Amazon, and all three leaked during shipping. They were wrapped in plastic, so it wasn't a huge mess, but it would be nice if Amazon could find a way to ship shampoo without it leaking.

I don't think this shampoo is anything special, and probably not worth paying extra for.

My review below is very detailed, but if you are having issues with your hair because of this shampoo your FIRST step is to get it out of your hair. Wash your hair with a moisturizing shampoo, follow with a moisturizing conditioner, and then use Apple Cider Vinegar or another vinegar to strip this shampoo and reminents out of your hair. THEN do a hot oil treatment. After the hot oil treatment wash and condition again and your hair should stop shedding.

My review:

I don't know if this shampoo is damaging my hair, but I noticed that I can just touch my hair after using this shampoo and it sheds. My hair sheds a lot anyway so I definitely would not use a shampoo that causes it to shed even more. The shampoo smells good and is creamy.

From reading the other reviews, apparently YOU HAVE TO USE the conditioner or you will mess up your hair. I would NEVER use a shampoo that strips the hair just so you can use a special conditioner to re-soften it.

UPdate: I am downgrading to a ONE (1*). I have NEVER had a bald spot in my life. It has been 3 weeks now and my hair feels like straw (in spite of several deep conditionings at home and the salon). Today, I look in the mirror and I now have a bald spot (IN THE FRONT OF MY HEAD) from all the breakage and shedding. It is CLEAR this shampoo has a protein in it which is a NO-NO for damaged hair UNLESS you use a certain type of conditioner to bring back the softness.

Once I discovered the bald spot, I began to panic and I went and bought the CLEAR conditioner trying to get the dryness to leave and it still didn't leave. I am sitting here now with my regular conditioner trying to get the softness back. I am afraid it will not come back and I will have to wait for my hair to grow out. This shampoo is HORRIBLE.

Update #2: This is all I had to do to stop my hair from falling out. I had to do a clarifier. First, I used a mixture of baking soda and water. This soften the hair immediately, but the shedding didn't stop so I slept in a plastic cap with an oil [I used mustard oil, but any oil likely will do]). I woke up this morning and the hair was definitely in better condition. I then went to my refrigerator and used Apple Cidar Vinegar, more oil, and my Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditioner. The hair is FINALLY back to its original condition (except for the bald spot).

After finally caving into the commercials and all the rave reviews I finally caved in and bought this shampoo and conditioner, the one labeled Damage and Color Repair, it's been a month now and I just finished the bottles and I'm not at all impressed, in fact I'm disappointed and almost angry. I have fine dry hair that I color once a month, now this shampoo, wow, it strips the color right out of my hair because of all the sulfates in it. I've NEVER seen a shampoo do this to my hair before. Because of this my color faded terribly and I had to recolor my hair. The shampoo also dried my already dry hair out even MORE and caused more shedding.

Problem two, the conditioner, I felt like I couldn't rinse it out, I didn't use a lot, maybe a tiny little dime sized and still when I dried my hair it felt like there was still a weird sticky film in my hair that weighed my hair down, leaving my hair with no life, no shine, nothing.

2 stars for it being pleasant smelling and having a good bottle design.

I love the scent of this product. That's the good news. The only good news.

But in my old age, I have developed a horrible itchy reaction to certain hair products, namely WEN, which gave me an awful rash on my hairline (front and back) as well as my entire neck. So when I saw this product, I thought it would be a relief now that my itchy WEN rash is finally (after SIX months of healing) a thing of the past.

Sad to say that I was wrong. I used Clear Scalp & Hair Beauty conditioner and shampoo three times in a row and guess what happened? Yup. Same sort of irritation and itching in all of the same places.

There must be a very specific ingredient the makers of hair products are including in their respective cleansers and conditioners because the fact that this has happened AGAIN literally has me scratching my head in disbelief.

Again, this shampoo (and its companion conditioner) has a lovely scent but I will not spend my waking and sleeping hours scratching myself like a cat with fleas. If you have any sensitivity to hair products, avoid this one.

Boo. So goes this product the way of WEN. In the trash.

I cannot review how well this shampoo works on the hair as it arrived in the mail with all of the shampoo leaked into the mailing envelope. I will say that if you are sensitive to products with strong fragrances like I am, this is not a good choice. It is heavily scented. I also don't recommend ordering this product through the mail as the pop top popped open and there was not packaging or shrink wrap to secure it shut.

Decleor Cleansing Cream

This cleanser is well worth the money. It's gentle, yet strong. Takes off my waterproof mascara easily without burning my eyes. The bottle lasts a long time too. I remove my makeup every day that I wear it (at least 5 days a week) and I use about 1 bottle every 9-10 months. It's not greasy, or stongly scented. I will never stop using this product.

Be warned: their cleansing lotion is not nearly as nice in my opinion. It burns and is not as effective at removing makeup.

My mom had gotten this cologne for me a few years ago and I LOVED the smell, I would wear it all the time. Recently ran out and since I got an amazon giftcard for christmas, decided it was time to get more! It has a clean yet indulgent smell to it. Everyone that I wear it around says it smells great, so it's a winner in my book!

This is nice and clean. The smell initially when you spray it on resembles something I have used before but I cannot place my hand on it, could be D&G light Blue. Later on it settles on your body and you get this really clean smell, like fresh clean linen. Not strong like typical Hugo boss, not a choking smell, quite gentle, yet you and may be someone who comes close to you can smell it. it does not take over the whole room. And it is long lasting, sprayed 8am in the morning and by 8pm in the evening was still quite present. if you like the aqua-like smell or nice clean smell then go for this one.
