I am a guy with oily skin, tends to be somewhat acne prone. This keeps my face from being drenched in oil all day. I generally need to apply it twice and it takes care of me all day. It reduced the redness from my acne that was healing up which was a nice perk I didn't expect. The nicest part of this astringent vs an other is that it smells good. I can't the stand of other astringents, a nice lemon smell vs sulfur or menthol. Its something I don't mind using in public. Pretty easy to apply it, just put it on a cotton ball and apply. If you like having a little beard stubble like me then just remember to check the mirror for fuzzies that get left behind.
But since 2010, no stock is available in any beauty salon & realised that the local distributor stopped importing the range of products.
I was devasted tried online until I found it on Amazon, it is a pack of 4 (Price is reasonable) & should last me for 1 year !

Mix water with Palmer's Skin Success Facial Astringent (50/50 solution), applied on the wound after blackheads/pimples were removed. This will prevent the wound to further developed into acne.
This product will caused dry skin so do put on moisturer in a regualr basis.I had oily skin ans this product is the ONLY one that helped me not shine during the day. I have been using it for years and I have been happy with the results. It isvery strong, might burn at first but you gt used to it. However, it WILL DEF CLEAN YOUR pores/skin.
