Counter intuitive, but years ago, I was told two things to solve my adult onset acne:Use a fresh washcloth every time you wash your face, and gently exfoliate every day.
I stopped using $60/month of Rx and never looked back. A stack of inexpensive washcloths in my linen closet, and a regular supply of these inexpensive scrubs keep my skin looking great, and now I'm almost 60.
