Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Toner, 3.4-Ounce Box

I've been plagued by acne ever since I went through puberty, this works wonders. I like to spray this on my face twice daily before putting on some serum and moisturizer. This definitely made my face seem 10x more clearer. Once in a while I will spray this on and pat it down with a cotton pad. Don't be too harsh on your face! I've had this for about 5 months now and I'm down to half of a bottle left, not too bad and it was worth all the money!

I LOVE this product! I recently reluctantly switched from stealing my mom's (this is actually Katy C. Ameglio's daughter) Facial Toner to this, because my skin is oily. I was reluctant to switch because the Facial Toner worked so well for me. But since I've been using it for the past two months, I have most definitely noticed a difference in my normal-to-oily skin after using this day and night. My skin is not only almost blemish-free, but it's so so soft too! And I have to give all the credit to this wonderful product, because it's the only thing in my routine that I've changed. It's not too drying when I use it at night without a moisturizer (like Dr. Hauschka recommends). The one complaint I have is the smell of the product. It's not as pleasant as the Facial Toner. This may be a matter of personal preference. I got used to it after a couple of days, but again I really liked the smell of the Facial Toner better. But hey, what's a little smell when it comes with such glorious results? :) I'm here today to buy my second bottle. I would recommend this to anyone with normal-to-oily, oily or very oily skin.

This is a good toner. It does what it's supposed to do. I have two problems with it though that made me decide not to re-purchase. First, it's too expensive! You can find similar products out there for a fraction of its cost. Second, the scent is very strong and herbal. While I understand it's a plant based product and therefore it smells as such, I didn't like how pungent it really was. I had to let the smell air out for a while before going near my hubby. He didn't like kissing me with this stuff on my face full force ;-)

O.K. I'll confess. I have been in love with this soap for over 30 years. In my twenties' one of my girlfriends used to be a Ford model, and she turned me onto Laszlo. It is awesome soap. The best. I saw this sea mud soap in a tv show, and then I bought it right away on amazon. I use twice a day for one week now, I can notice that the blackhead on my nose is getting better. I use this bar by tfollowing he unique technique, and I feel so clean every time. It drys my face a little bit, but it is ok after I apply a thin layer of lotion. nice package, very soft to dissolve in water, and really clean up you face , after just 1 use my face get brighter. I am combination/acne prone skin, so after the first two weeks of use, I start to get serious breakout, but I really love the way it clean up my face, so maybe I think it's becuz it's too clean and strong for me to use twice a day, so now I only use this bar at night when I had makeup for that day. and it seems pretty good now. but I have't seem any improve to my skin yet.

St. Ives Apricot Cleanser Blemish-Fighting 6.5 oz.

I tried this because I had been using the St Ives Blemish and Blackhead control Medicated Scrub and loved that. Because that is quite coarse I wanted something pretty much the same which was less abrasive for everyday use. So when this came out I gave it a go and it is sooooo good. I moved to USA a few months back and with the water and weather change I started getting the odd pimple and blemish. This, with the other one I use, has totally stopped this problem. I use the other 2 times a week in the morning and this everyday. I use it after a foaming cleanser to keep my skin exfoliated and it really does work. It is much finer than some other scrubs and as a result it doesn't dry the skin too much.

If you suffer the odd pre menstral or teenage pimple this will work!!! Even if you don't, this is good for keeping the skin smooth without being too rough. I love it!

In my opinion this is the best product for oily skin. I have been using it for a year now and it has proven results for my skin type.

My teen daughter swears this is the only face wash that keeps her acne-free. It was recommended to her by her cousin, who also fought complexion problems. Sibu Beauty Cleanse & Detox Sea Bar Facial Soap

I bought both the Aubrey Organics Sea Buckthorn Nourishing Bath Bar, and the Sibu Cleanse & Detox soap. By far, I prefer the Aubrey. So if you are considering both of them because of the Sea Buckthorn in them, I really recommend the Aubrey. It leaves you feeling cleaner, it seems to work better, and it smells/feels better too!

That being said, the Sibu bar is also a nice bar of soap. The smell is okay, it's not that great, but it does lather nice! I've used it on my face and it works wonderfully and doesn't dry out my skin any more than any facial soap. That's great!

I bought this soap because of the sea buckthorn in it... I was looking for something to help with my psoriasis on my arms/body (the little bumps), and so I am going through a sea buckthorn detox to kill off some mites. Whether it works for that or not, I don't know, only time will tell, so far it seems to be slowly clearing up my skin... but we will see!

SEE, FOLKS, the reason it works GREAT for some, and NOT AT ALL for others, is Sea Buckthorn Oil is for killing the demodex mite. Check'em out on YouTube if you like disgusting. Or buy a microscope, pull a hair, or scrape some of the sebum off your nose, and look. They are microscopic and live in the hair of many many people (by the age of 90, 100% of people.) There is a type that specializes in the facial hair and sebum, but in general, this is the mite that lives in your hair, and ultimately causes ALL HAIR LOSS (they think maybe. This was discovered recently by the inventers of Minoxidil.

symptoms of demodex mite: acne. rosacea. eczema. big blue nose. hair loss. itchy where eggs laid under skin. psoriasis. arthritis? bad eyesight? (anecdotal evidence). I have been tormented by bugs that felt like scabies on sedatives. Like chiggers. I wash clothes with Tea Tree Oil (another great anti itch oil when mixed with a lotion aaahhh...it kills mites also) Allegedly these mites also dislike LAVENDER oil...I mix lavender or tea tree oil with vodka and spray it on furniture and carpets and bedding (careful, it can bleach...). I sleep with mite coverings on mattress and pillows.

Now, Perhaps SBT is also great for beauty and acne and all that, but for me it has killed bugs, and gotten rid of a bleeding problem in my arms. Others say it helps arthritis, eyes, and many things as these mites may...or may not...enter into the body and do things there. Unfortunately, doctors seem to be behind in this research, and the public is doing it on the internet. Check out Blue Sage Naturals for lots of sea buckthorn products, or buy in bulk from Amazon by way of Russia! Oh, and do not use this brand on your eyelids in daytime or you will be VERY YELLOW--I use SIBU oil for my eyelids and brows.

I suffer from mild acne, have some redness etc, and read that the buckthorn berry helps with all kinds of skin conditions including acne. I also was looking for a glow to my face that the entire treatment promises. I bought the entire regimen (soap+repair cream+sofgels+liquid supplement). I have been using the regimen for about 3 weeks now, but honestly I am not that impressed. I can honestly say this is the best thing I ever bought for my skin. I've been using it for a month now and I'm very happy with it. I think every person should own one, like we own tooth brushes. My black dots, big pores, old scars, small wrinkles and uneven skin tone just disappeared. My skin care products seem working better after I cleanse and massage my face. It is amazing, you'll see!

Now my recommendations:

1)I don't really see the point of using Clarisonic on the regular basis before you are 30.

2)I would recommend to start with the sensitive brush, especially if you have sensitive skin or acne, like I do.

3)With Clarisonic your skin is cleansed mechanically. Technically, using Clarisonic is the same as using a scrub, only the finest. This means don't overuse it! again, especially if you have a sensitive skin or acne. Just follow the instructions, 1 minute a day is really enough, with occasional longer 2-3 minute procedures.

4)Mia will do the job, it is compact and literally made for you hand; I love the colors; and it's the cheapest. The magnetic charger is pretty cool, too.

5)Don't forget to wash the brush.

I bought the Clarisonic Mia about a month ago. I used it for 3 days and really wasn't sure if I could see a difference in my skin. I sent it back to Sephora and realized very quickly that it was making a HUGE improvement in the texture of my skin and the visibility/cleanliness of my pores. When I decided to purchase it again I couldn't wait until Christmas as originally planned! I was beyond delighted to see the Mia2. I love, love, LOVE the fact that it has a timer similar to the full-size Clarisonic, and I love that it comes with a travel case! The travel case is hard plastic and really does make you feel comfortable just tossing it in a bag. The Mia2 also has two speeds, though I typically just use the lower speed.

I can say now that I've been using it for about a week, the Clarisonic is definitely one of the best tools I've invested in. Every day it looks like I've had a facial! I had uneven texture around my temples and on my forehead near my hairline my skin has been completely smoothed in those areas now. I've tried just about every skin care "system" on the market but they always made my acne problem worse. As I got older, I began to develop cystic acne and dark patches on my cheeks and forehead. I bought these ProActive cleansing bars for my daughter, who has occasional acne breakouts on her shoulders and upper back. We've tried all kinds of astringents, body washes, back scrubbers, and acne medications with mixed results. The bottom line is that she has the best luck when keeping her hair pulled up off her shoulders and keeping her skin clean.

These bars work well to remove body oil and keep pores open. The little beads in these bars gently exfoliate dead skin, and the salicylic acid combats acne and dries out pimples. But what I like most of all is that we didn't have to purchase a whole ProActiv kit or regimen.

Do NOT buy this stuff on Amazon! I ordered this for $20, then found one for twice the size for $26 from bareescentuals.com. The picture made it look like the original, larger size, but what I actually got was the trial/travel size. I didn't closely read the product description because I've already been using this stuff for years, so it's really my own fault...mostly. Deceiving picture though...not cool! BareMinerals has changed the packaging and product name, but the inner contents are the same...now it's the exfoliating cleanser. Still great stuff!

I started using this product about six months ago...I am a young 66 this product is amazing! I went back to purchase another container I was told that the packaging had changed but the cleanser was exactly the same. Not true I will be returning the one I purchased and hope that I will be able to order the original from Amazon as I did today! I just hope it will be available in the months to come

I bought this cleanser just to give it a try and quite happy that I did. It keeps my acne at bay with the lemon extract, a natural AHA for skin renewal and Vitamin C from the orange extract. It smells like oranges and looks like liquid gold. It's a thick formula so I find that I don't need a whole pump to clean my face.

This product thoroughly cleans your face of the day's debris and makeup without irritation. The scent is citrus in nature, but not over powering. While one may be skeptical of the "visibly bright" claims, they are true. After using this product for just a few days I noticed a true difference in both the vibrancy of my skin and its texture. If you have a hard time finding a face cleanser (I'm very picky), this one own't disappoint.

I LOVE this cleanser. It promises results in four days, and my deluxe sample lasted seven days. As a new mom, I'm slightly obsessed with brightening skin and eye products to make sure I don't look like a zombie. Within a couple of days of using this, I looked like I got ten hours of sleep instead of four. After purchasing the full-size product and using it for a couple of weeks, I look refreshed, and friends keep asking me how I look so fantastic, especially after just having a baby. I will absolutely keep buying this, and I hope Neutrogena comes out with an entire Visibly Bright line! (Keep in mind that I have combination skin; if you have very dry skin, you may want something creamier.)

I have a collection of top brand and expensive cleansers, but this is a very good product and the best for my skin.

It does even out skin tone and leaves skin soft, yet not oily. I mix it with an exfoliator twice a week and I am very happy with the results. Also this is a great buy.

I had a little sample of this and fell in love with it and had to buy more. This facial cleanser is very easy on my skin and doesnt dry it out. After about 2 weeks or so, everyone else noticed my skin was mush broghter. I dunno, maybe its becasue I see the samething in the mirror, I didnt notice a change in brightness. But its nice and easy on my skin and it smells great. And the texture of my skin however has gotten smoother.

Loofa Spa Slipper

I like this loofa spa slippers. I use it every time I get out the shower. I don't like stepping on the bare floor after getting out the shower. I like to dry the bottom of my feet and don't want dirt all over my towel, so I decided to get this. It works as it should. I just wished it wasn't so thin, but I have gotten use to it. Its easy to use in a washing machine or soak and wash by hands.

I have been using this product for a little over a month, once or twice a day. My hair definitely looks fuller, and I see a lot of baby hairs growing in. My husband says he can see a difference, too. I haven't noticed a difference in length yet, but then again it's only been a little over a month.

I've used this for a month so I don't know if there's any difference in my hair, especially for the price you pay. IMO, a bit overpriced.
