I first found this product in Israel under the brand name Dr. Fischer. I am extremely happy that I managed to find it in the US. It is made in Israel and is exactly the same quality and size.This is the most effective eye makeup remover that I've found. The towelette format is fantastic because I can take off my makeup on the way home from a party or work. It's also fantastic for travel (no liquids through TSA). I save so much time. You don't need to rinse afterward. I use it on my entire face. It is not drying.
