I have tried to find other cleansers that I like as well because of the cost and I have been unsuccessful. I've used this for years and one big advantage is that a very little bit goes a long way. I have combination skin and I just turned 60. This cleanser removes all my makeup including eye makeup without the use of eye makeup remover (I am allergic to most eye makeup removers)and leaves my skin soft and supple without leaving a residue or film. I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and spend the money. It's worth it.

I was provided the trial from Shiseido on the Extra Creamy Cleanser this is the description of the product on Amazon that I purchased. However, when I rec'd the shipment, the actual product was not the extra creamy cleanser, just the creamy cleanser. The scent and the foam differs from what I was actually looking for. It's along the same product line so I kept it because I ran out of cleanser. I am disappointed that my Amazon purchase was not what I was expecting.
