Dr. Brandt Pores No More Pore Thing Tightening Gel-1 oz

Firstly, I'm a caucasian with aging dry skin (except in the T-zone) & I don't wear makeup..so it's important to me how my "naked" skin looks.

I got a sample of this at Sephora. I use it 2 times a day & saw my pores shrink in size the first week. Over the past 2 years the pores around my forehead eyebrows, nose,cheeks near my nose & chin have gotten larger. Might be hormones (am 51)or exposure to sun...dunno, but nothing I've done has helped until this. Wish it came cheaper, & I'd sure feel better about buying it if I could buy in in smaller quantities at a time, but after using it for a month, I am rather addicted.

Please do not waste your money as this item cannot be returned. Does nothing it claims to do. What it did do was clog my pores making them worse than ever, made my skin dry, and in general wasted my money. This may work for some people but hopefully my review will make you think twice, check other sites for other reviews and then make an informed decisions. Was more than diaappointing.

I received a sample pack of some Dr. Brandt products from Sephora. The little sample of this did wonders... but for whatever reason the full sized item doesn't seem to have the anywhere near the same effect. No real qualms with the product it still works to some degree, but it's just not the same. The shipping on the item took a bit long, but within 10 days. No issue with the supplier. I'll be returning to Ole Henriksen's Three Little Wonders regimen. The invigorating night gel from Ole Henriksen works for me as this should.

I had gotten free samples of this at Sephora, so I knew it works *before* I ordered it.

When you put it on your T-zone (especially the nose area), your pores will literally look smaller within a few days.

The scary-cool thing about this: it repairs itself :O! I scoop out a little chunk every morning using the spoon they provide, and by next morning, the surface of the gel is completely smooth as if untouched. God knows what it's doing to my skin..

Anyway, keep in mind that it's a pore tightener, not a pore cleanser. As in, you better be cleaning out your pores while you use this. Otherwise it'll be tightening your pores around any sebum already inside your pores..(read "more pimples")

So make sure you clean those pores out good while/before using this.

I've been using it for a few weeks now. I guess the effect is much more dramatic the first week you begin using it.

Haven't really noticed any more significant shrinkage since.

Also, like any other strong skin product, it's probably a good idea to take a break from it every now and then.

I wouldn't claim it works for everyone, but it's the best product I've tried so far.

And if you just want to give it a try before committing get that sample from Sephora ;)
