Have been using regular wen for over a year. Tried them all and happened to stumble across 6-13 the other day and ordered it. After one use I got back online and ordered a second bottle. In love! I have used Wen for several years now. (Usually Fig.) I have always wanted to try SixThirteen but due to the price, I have not tried it until now.

Pros: By far the best Wen I have ever used! Leaves hair feeling very soft, manageable, and smelling awesome. (Seriously, this is the best smelling Wen ever!) I am not a fan of the smell of any other regular Wen shampoo (except for his seasonal scents.) However, this one is great! It smells almost like clean laundry (fabric softener). It has a light lemon/vanilla scent that is really hard to explain except to say it smells great.

Cons: Wen is very pricey and this is no different! It is by far the most expensive Wen that is offered.

Summary: I will continue to use and treasure Sixthirteen and will occasionally buy more. However, due to the price this will not be used everytime I have to shampoo my hair. I just can't afford to use it on a daily basis.

Lucky stopped stocking Clearly Natural so I came here when they ran out. I admired the soap's ability to clean well without cheap fragrance or itchy skin. Now I know why the store dropped the product line The new formula is no good. The water turns syrupy but it beads up and drips off your skin without cleaning anything. Imagine trying to bathe with a jawbreaker rock candy.

This is the only soap I have been able to use with my extra sensitive skin. Now that it say"s "New and Improved!" it makes my skin feel itchy and prickly. I wish they would have left it the way it was.

This soap works well overall but I've had 2 of them break in two about half way used. First time in my life I've had a bar of soap do that. I will be looking for a different brand.

I recently bought a few bars of this soap on Amazon since my local Safeway stopped stocking it. I have noticed a change in the formula over the years--the old version, circa 2009 or so, was much more fragile and prone to crumbling. It also smelled sweeter (the glycerine scent).

Pros:

Very mild

Genuinely unscented

Leaves minimal residue

Cons:

Doesn't lather well

Very slippery when wet

I'd definitely recommend it to someone who is looking for a gentle, unscented soap, as it compares favorably to other soaps I've used in that regard, but I haven't tried other brands of glycerine soap, so I can't make a comparison there.

Aqua Glycolic Aqua Glycolic Facial Cleanser

This cleanser, which is massaged onto dry skin and then rinsed off after a few minutes, has made my face extremely soft and smooth and is visibly reducing the redness in my cheeks from rosacea. It stung a bit when I first started using it, so I started at once per day but am now able to use it twice a day. If I am wearing much makeup I wash it off first with an Aveeno cleanser, then dry my face before using this. This has been better for my skin than any other cleansers or prescription product recommended by my dermatologist. Note: Medical journal articles on rosacea (find them via Google Scholar) indicate that glycolic acid peels have been used successfully by dermatologists in treating rosacea, but this works well for me and costs me much less than a peel would.

I have fibromyalgia and am on Dr. St Amand's guaifenesin protocol for treatment. I had to completely get rid of all my salicylic acid products while beginning the treatment.

I've used St. Ives, Proactiv, and all sorts of other products for my acne and I have to tell youI think this stuff works better!!! No dried out, weird, skin peeling!

If I am wearing makeup then I first gently wash my face with a natural handmade soap and then use this product AFTER I have patted my face dry.

Hmm... I wonder how this stuff would work if I added a bit of french green clay to it and then used it as a mask once in a while?

In any case, I think that it takes a bit of getting used to but if you're seriously wanting a glycolic acid/AHA product and have sensitive skin, give it a try!

I bought the whole aqua glycolic line (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and body wash) in an attempt to clear up my breakouts. At first, I started to breakout more as some other reviewers have said. I decided to continue use and hope thing would improve. I've been using the whole line for about a month and my skin is really starting to change. My skin is breaking out much less and while I still have some breakouts they are much smaller and less noticeable. I've noticed my pores are clearing out as well. I think the other reviews are right that you have to be patient and give this cleanser time. And I believe the old adage is true: It will get worse before it gets better.

I've also noticed wrinkles and uneven areas of my skin improving. I'm young, so diminishing the appearance of wrinkles wasn't my goal but I have noticed laugh and smile lines have faded substantially. I'm actually pleasantly surprised.

I recommend easing into this product line. I used it once a day before bed for a few days before going to twice a day. Also, I used the moisturizer at night only. It's a bit heavy. I would also highly recommend the body wash if you deal with breakouts on your body. I saw results within days of my first use.

I haven't tried the whole system just the cleanser.

I am a 24 year old, white female with stress breakouts around my chin.

I bought this feeling hopeless. My skin has been worse in my 20s than it was in high school.

This cleanser is no miracle, but it has become a mainstay of my face wash regime. It has made the rest of my complexion noticeably clearer and more even. The only downfall, and the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because it doesn't help with my stress/hormone breakouts...which are unfortunately the very worst part of my face.

Shu Uemura Fresh Pore Clarifying Gentle Cleansing Oil - 150ml/5oz

Shu Uemura has been my cleansing oil over 2 years. I've always prefer cleansing oil over other makeup remover, and so far this is the best one I have found. Make sure you use it in the correct way so that's not greasy. It can help me to rub out some blackhead-like stuff from my pores (ok it's disgusting... but it feels so good when you can do that). I usually use a gentle cleanser after rinsing this off, just to make sure there's no leftover on my face. It's better than the purple bottle version of Shu Uemura (the skin-brightening one I think) in that it gives you a clean feeling after rinsing.

I really love this creme. I've been using it daily for about a year now and would not think about using any other product. Natures Gate Herbal Conditioner Regular

Anyone buying this product in 2008, beware! It is not the same chemical free product that has had great reviews before. Apparently Nature's Gate has reformulated the product and you cannot get the older version anymore. The web page for this product still has the old ingredient list, so buyer beware! I have tried several local stores and online stores, but no one can get the older (better) product anymore.

I absolutely love how my hair feels after using this conditioner. Very silky and soft. Its the best in my opinon. I leave it on for at least five minutes to soak in. I used to use it as a teenager and I'm happy to have found it again. I would like to walk around all day smelling a hank of my hairbut that would look silly. I only do that in private. My son was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. All the creams and shampoos from the dermatologist were not working. He had this rash all over his forehead and scalp. We tried this Moroccan Rhassoul Clay, left it on, let it dry, and then took it off. About 10 minutes after we took it off everywhere where there was dermatitis rash and where we had put the mud was seeping oil right out of his forehead. The seborrheic dermatitis I was told by the doctor is a build up of oil and then all the bacteria that lives on our skin has a great place to set up their nasty home and cause havoc. This stuff works. We now use with the rose water. You wouldn't think the rose water would make much of a difference but it has natural healing properties too. His forehead is almost cleared up now after probably 7 treatments every other day and the days we don't mud he just uses the rose water as a toner. I took before and after pictures when we started so I could show the difference. We have not used on his scalp yet. I am going to order some shampoo already made up with the rose water and the rhassoul clay from ebay but it comes from the UK so haven't gotten it yet. I am a true believer in this stuff. My father even used it on his gout and my brother on a rash he had on his neck. This jar goes a long way too and it doesn't take very much to make a paste. This is lava clay so I don't know if it has sulfur in it or not, just everyone be aware of that in case you might be allergic to sulfur. That is something I would like to know from the makers so maybe my daughter could use it. Hope this review helps. When I find something that works I like to let people know.

You have to try several times to get the right texture and it dries pretty fast. Try mixing with rosé water but must be warmed up first so it's a bit of a hassle. Trying cold water takes longer to mix.

These wipes are great! I got them to wipe my son's face and neck instead of using the Earth's Best wipes. The Earth's Best wipes are fantastic but he seemed to break out a little when I used them on his face. The Yes to Baby wipes are incredibly gentle and do a great job. Love the clean scent too!

The sizes are quite small (as advertised). The body cream does not come out of the container. It is very thick (and probably quite moisturizing), but I cannot get it out of the jar. The balm is very messy, and the boob cream container does not hold enough for a single application. I have not tried the tummy oil or shower cream yet.

Organic Facial Cleanser - Gentle Natural Wash

While I absolutely love the packaging and organic ingredients used in this product I can't get past the feeling that I am using dry rub seasonings on my face! It smells like the seasonings in my spice rack, which isn't unpleasant, but I've never been a fan of dry face or body wash. It does make my face smooth but I have problems getting the water to powder ratio right. If I don't use enough water it balls up into a nasty goo and if I use too much it washes out of my hands. I'll use it up because when I get it right it works fairly well, but I won't buy this particular product again.

But after using it for more than a month and a half, I noticed several cystic acne bumps on my face. I thought it might be something related to hormonal imbalance and got all the necessary medical tests done and found everything was normal. Later, I consulted a dermatologist and got the acne medication. Though I was prescribed some anti acne wash, I continued to use this organic facial cleanser instead of acne wash as I didn't suspect any thing about this product. My acne did not get cleared though I was using ointments and pills. Finally I stopped using this product and started using acne cleanser and the pimples/zits went away. I thought I might have some bacteria inside my body and so this product is not cleaning my face well and suggested this product to my mom who has a perfect skin with no break outs record. I have to admit, I am a Philosophy fan.
