Love the product; packaging not so much. I used this product for many years; but after a move, I lost my supplier so had to order online. Not sure what happened to the packaging, but it's top heavy and falls over. First time, I figured it was my fault from too many falls because the cap cracked and the pumper quit working 1/4 of the way through the bottle. Months later I reordered, received toner instead; they quickly fixed it and sent me a lot of samples and I got to keep the toner. I was very careful with this bottle, it NEVER fell over, but once again the cap cracked and the pumper failed. I'm very disappointed as the product is awesome, but the frusteration is more than I want to deal with and will not reorder.
I purchased these products after receiving a spa treatment, mostly because of their smell. After continued use, there is no doubt that my skin looks amazing. I have sensitive skin but this product never irritates. I bought moisturizer but after one year I still have plenty because this cleanser/toner combo has releived my dry skin issue and I don't have dry skin anymore (I always have, I used to use Origin's Oil cleanser, and still needed a moiturizer). Anyway, use sparingly and it will last a while. Not intended to use if you use a LOT of make-up because it is gentle. I LOVE this and will not use anything else. I have been using it for a year.
