The pump is very stiff/difficult to push down, the gel kinda explodes out of the pump when it does finally come out and I find I am wasting about 1/2 of each pump with it going everywhere except on the cotton ball. I also find it very irritating to my eyes-something that has never happened to me before with eye makeup remover. I will definitely not purchase this item again
Its pretty good stuff. Takes off my eye makeup well. I would buy this item again. I like that nyx doesn't test on animals and is peta approved.
