I love this soap. It smells nice and makes my skin feel and look nice. The only drawback I've found, which keeps me from rating it with five stars, is that it turns into mush long before the soap is used up. That gets pretty annoying and messy. If the price was lower it wouldn't bother me as much. Other than that it is the perfect face bar for me. I have always had sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts, this bar keeps my skin clear without any irritation!

I totally disagree with another reviewer about the smell -I guess it's a personal thing. I really like the smell, it smells like a spicy orange to me. I got a free sample of this product and really liked how it cleaned as well. I have an oily T-zone and aging skin overall. This left my skin feeling very clean, cleaner than I can remember any other cleanser making it feel. But it doesn't feel dry at all. I plan to buy it now that my sample is used up.

Arcona changed my life. At age 30, cystic acne (and the occassional boil on my jawline) was really chipping away at my self-image. In 2007, I was in Seattle and got a facial at Gene Juarez and I was introduced to the Arcona product line. Two months on the 5 step for problem skin and the sky opened up. After two diligent years using the product, I am now using the 5 step for normal skin. Normal skin! After a teenage and adult life of chronic acne, I feel as though this product was sent down directly from heaven.

I use this along with their Solution, and the combination keeps my skin looking great without all the harsh and synthetic garbage chemicals you see in other brands, YES it's pricey but isn't your face, which people look at everyday, worth it?

This soap was recommended for me at a spa & I thought it was ust the usual up-sell product. I could not have been more wrong. This soap makes my 40 something skin feel clean without over drying. I love it!
