This has helped my acne considerably. I've used the product for over 6 months now and it delivers consistently good results. I first tried this out by getting the trial combo pack, which includes VMV Hypo's full line of acne control stuff. While some of the products in that combo didn't apply to me (aging cream for someone in their 20s), and others could be gotten for less money elsewhere (the pumice scrub), I found the most effective product for me was this monolaurin gel. Of course this doesn't take care of acne all by itself, but when used in conjunction with something else like your typical, inexpensive benzoyl peroxide, it does the trick. All told, besides the 2% glyceryl laurate active ingredient, it's more or less pure alcohol so I can't see how you could go wrong. I'd recommend this product to anyone.
