Our 13-year-old daughter who is dealing with mild acne really likes this benzoyl peroxide containing soap bar. In fact, she likes it better than the panoxyl bar (that has been discontinued) because it doesn't leave her skin as dry. She's been using it for about 3 weeks now. We'll see what her dermatologist thinks in a month or so but so far it seems to be as effective as the panoxyl for her in terms of managing her body acne (she is using other medication for her face).
Highly recommended as an alternative to paying $25/bar for soon-to-be expired Panoxyl on ebay. :)

I have been using the coral actives benzoyl peroxide bar for about a month. I bought it as an alternative to the Panoxyl bar which is hard to find. It is a nice benzoyl peroxide soap which does not dry out your skin. It is not as effective for tough acne as the Panoxyl bar, but is good for mild acne cases. I use it on my chest and the Panoxyl bar on my back which has tougher skin and tend to break out more. The coral actives soap is the first 10% benzoyl peroxide soap which does not dry out my skin. It has shea butter in it, so it calms, soothes and does not irritate the skin. I would recommend this soap for women or men with mild body acne. The Panoxyl bar is good stuff, but you have to be cautious with it because it really dries out your skin. I'm 45 years old, male who is on testosterone therapy (my T level was low), so now my skin is breaking out again just like my teen years...Want CoralActives Acne Cleansing Bar, 4.25 Ounce Discount?
This is a great cleanser no smell which is great! I've been using for a while and have noticed a difference.
