Since I discovered John Masters Green Tea and Rose Hydrating Face Serum, I've been using his moisturizing skincare (and haircare)products ever since! I tend to have oily Asian skin with slightly bigger pores. At the same time, my skin often gets dry and coarse feeling very easily. Ever since I started using the Green tea & Rose Hydrating face serum, though, my skin is always very hydrated, my pores have minimized, and I don't break out from it because it's so light. I actually mix the face serum with a drop of his Pomegranate Nourishing Facial Oil, which helps to hydrate my skin and prevent it from getting dry and coarse. You would think that the facial oil would make my skin MORE oily, but in fact it seems to have normalized my skin's own sebum/oil production. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has dry or combination dry/oily skin.
Was getting a bit worried. Had overdone it a bit with the Pavlovia laser and, as a registered nurse, and as it was Saturday night and New Years Eve there was NO calling in sick. I was applying my high potency green tea extract serum, but only the cooling evaporation of the serum had any effect on the stinging. And the too-obvious redness hadn't abated a bit. Then I remembered that I'd ordered a wonderfully smelling organic green tea serum from John Masters. Something with borage, green tea, rose and a mix of other botanicals. Voila. T'was done. No stinging. And the redness was dying down very quickly. Perhaps it was the borage, as I've heard great things about its ability to reduce inflammation. Maybe the rose hydrosol. Or the organic aspect. I'm not sure. I'm just amazed and thankful at the same time. I do use copper peptide formulations, so I must use this serum at the opposite end of the day due to its having vitamin C in it, but it will be forever in my daily beauty arsenal.

Honestly, this face serum does not hydrate at all!!!! And I have pretty oily skin, so that in itself should tell you a lot about this product. Would not recommend.
