I started using Wen a couple of months ago and have enjoyed the results. I have very fine, wavy-ish white girl hair, past my shoulders. It's prone to some frizz and flatness. It was oily till I stopped washing it every day--it adjusted over time. I recently decided to add highlights all over and my normally very shiny, silky hair went nuts from the damage. Then I decided Wen was worth a try. I found the seasonal flavors to be too light--my hair actually got dry using them. So I've worked my way up to thicker and thicker formulas (Lavender, Fig) and they were an improvement. I was still shocked that they weren't hydrating enough! My hair is fine and prone to being weighed down! So I tried 6 13. This is the right one. My hair is now that perfect state of "beachy waves" I get when I'm in Maui. Shiny, soft, very little frizz (I'm sure if I actually styled it like Chaz does on the infomercial, I'd have that same hair). Through the process, I've never had the greasy straw hair others have reported. This is a product that the instructions need to be followed, you cannot skimp! I found that the wash, repeat process was the most effective, and you can never use too much. Use a comb, add water to lather (you get a tiny bubble lather) and rinse till you have squeaky hair. The only thing I can think of that could affect the results is possibly having well water or really hard water, but it's mystifying to me how anyone could get greasy from this stuff. My hair feels fresh and still has volume after a couple of days! Very glad I found this--will probably use it rotating with Fig. For anyone on the fence, try different formulas--Amazon sellers have 6oz sizes that are perfect for trying it out. And I cannot stress enough--follow the instructions! Watch the instructional videos from the Chaz Dean website (they're staged like soft porn, though. But very very helpful) and experiment with what works for you. It's a whole new way to clean your hair, and the results are worth the time figuring out what works.

I love how this product makes my hair clean and less frizzy. While I dont follow the instructions and use as much as they recommend, it works perfect for me . i love the scent as well. It has the consistency of a thick conditioner, so it does make your hair less frizzy and very shiny. Great product.
