This works really well as part of the University Medical Severe Acne Treatment set, which includes this Antibacterial Cleanser, a Corrective Toner, a day-time Corrective Lotion & a night-time Renewal Lotion. The cleanser is not harsh but works really well at getting rid of acne blemishes. Used as part of the set, the whole thing works together to combat adult acne the best of anything I've tried. I highly recommend it!
