First off the the brush head did not come arrive in a sealed package. It was only wrapped in tissue paper. To me it did not seem to even last more than four weeks. It was almost as if it was already used. Compared to the ones I've purches directly from clarisonic the bristles didn't have that same stiffness on arrival.
