L'Oreal EverPure Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner

L'Oreal EverPure Moisture Shampoo & ConditionerIt's not easy to find sulfate-free products, so I was really happy when I heard about these. As far as shampoos and conditioners go, these are nice products... nothing terribly special, but they do the job. The one thing you really need to know about these is that they are heavily scented. And I mean HEAVILY scented. The shampoo is rosemary juniper and the conditioner is rosemary mint. I like these scents, but sheesh, they are so overpowering. Once you rinse them out you can breathe again. If you are really sensitive to these scents, then you probably should stay away from these products.

I LOVE this stuff! I've tried a lot of different products for dyed hair, and this one is by far my favorite. It's soft, and lathers easily, unlike a lot of other shampoos I've tried. The conditioner is amazing as well...it really does moisturize, and I don't have to use a lot of it to spread it amongst my hair. I love it so much, in fact, that I think I'll pick up the EverPure leave-in conditioner too.

I HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone looking for an inexpensive, dye-friendly shampoo. I have always been very impressed with the good quality of L'Oreal products, and this one is no exception.

All I can say is WOW! So here's my story. I've decided to start maintaining my hair on my own, and visiting my stylist for trims any other necessary maintenance that I can't do on my own. The first thing I did was hopped online and started looking up the best shampoos and conditioners for African American, type 4a hair. I came across Mane N' Tail, purchased it from my local Sally's, and returned it the next day. HORRIBLE! I then stumbled across L'oreal Ever....products on amazon.com. My local stores didn't have the L'oreal Evercreme line which is what I was initially looking for, so I decided to purchase L'oreal Everpure Shampoo, Conditioner, and the Deep Restorative Masque. It had great reviews, for the most part. Sulfate free and specializing in moisture, which is exactly what I was looking for! After I washed my hair with the shampoo, I could instantly tell a difference. My hair was so soft and slick, and I didn't even need a lot. A little goes a long way with this stuff. I then applied the conditioner and let it sit for about ten minutes. Wow Wow Wow! Even softer! I then applied the Deep Restorative Masque. I don't even know if I needed it, since I could tell that my hair was doing wonderfully just with the regular conditioner alone. I let that sit for about an hour. After washing that out, I looked at my hair in the mirror, and it looked and felt like a different head of hair. I have natural hair and right now I am wearing my hair straight, but when I start back to my wash and go looks, I KNOW these products will leave my curls looking defined and moisturized. I applied a dime-sized amount of Moroccan Oil to my hair, concentrating on my ends, blow dryed, and flat ironed, and Wow Wow Wow! My hair had so much shine, and bounce. When using the Mane N' Tail my hair felt dry, and the ends were rough and tangled, something I've never experienced before. And did I mention the smell?? I'm sittin here getting whiffs of my hair as I'm typing this. It will leave your hair smelling SO GOOD! All three products cost less than $6 a piece at your local Walmart. What a great investment!!

Ok, I've been dying my hair since I was 15...and now I'm 27 so my hair has been over processed just a bit. I am a big fan of garnier fructis produts and that is what I had been using. I was at Walmart and saw these at $5.97 per tube and I was like oh well, it can't hurt to try something different. Well, I'm glad I did!! my hair has never looked better! It flows and feels bouncy and vibrant. Love, love, love these products!!! :D
