Since I was 11 have pimples, and a very oily skin, which of course is very acneic, and as this is not enough, always have lived in a place which the temperature reaches 40 or more degrees:extremely hot! Of course after a lot of research find that AMAZON was the one who gave me the best price includding shipping, and as always super fast.Bought the lavender tone which is lovely, but above all this for the very first time in my whole life, I found an appliance which is able to REALLY clean my skin in a way that I can assure you: NO TOOL,MEDICATION, or whatever you name it, does.After the first use, the first thing I saw, was that those very little pimples that make you look dirty-skin, dissapeared, no more flakes (that comes out when you use oily skin and acne prone skin lotions)and not mentioning when you use products containing benzoil peroxide.Of course this make your pores look smaller, and skin healthier. Because of the hot wheather I use this with a shampoo for the face that contains salicilic acid 2% and that's it. No more nothing.I always use the Pore minimizer from Clinique instead of make-up, and my skin does not look shiny.

I have been using it for a few weeks now and definitely went through a pretty dramatic "purge" stage. I also had to go and buy the sensitive brush heads because it was leaving my face sort of "raw" feeling after I was washing. I don't really notice my skin looking any better, but it for sure feels smoother. The dry patch at the bottom of my chin is gone, but my forehead is just as oily as it always was and my pores look about the same. I read so many things about this being the holy grail of amazing faces, but I'm just not sure if I am that awed by the amazingness. I am going to wait until it's been a month to go back and reevaluate review though.

I'm frugal. Okay, I'm cheap. I hated to spend the money on this, but I was desperate. I'm 4o and have had terrible skin my whole life. I finally settled on laser resurfacing for $1000+, but tried one last-ditch effort before forking over the BIG bucks and bought the Clarisonic. I've had it about a month and am loving it! I can't stop touching my face. I wake up in the morning and run my hands over my cheeks...so smooth! So soft! It is not an exfoliator, mind you, but it is a fantastic cleanser that clears your pores so that your products actually work. With my sensitive skin I fully expected less-than-impressive results, but I am blown away. I think that I could actually step out of the house without make-up on in the near future.

Clarisonic has a winner with the Mia! I absolutely love it! I bought the Sonicare toothbrush years ago with great results on my dental exams, so a sonic cleansing system for my skin sounded worth investigating. I was intrigued by all the positive reviews of the Clarisonic Mia. I have sensitive skin, and I'm not exactly a 20-something year old anymore...or 30, or 40, or 50; I have to stop here before I give my age away! This little Mia has changed my skin for the better. I can't believe after a few weeks it has smoothed my skin so beautifully! I follow the instructions that came with it, and don't overdo the time limit it suggests. There were always tiny little bumps around my lips and under my eyes that never went away. Not really obvious, but a bother to me. Well, the Mia has really made them go away! Exfoliating to me has always been associated with harsh abrasives, or acids. But in a few weeks the Mia has done a better job, with no irritation, than any other method I have used. I think everyone should have one, it is that good! It is a bit pricey but it is so worth it. It comes with the sensitive skin brush and a tube of cleanser. I prefer to use my Basis soap as it is so mild. I also purchased the Delicate skin brush. That is what I am using now although the sensitive brush gave me no problems, I just wanted the option of two brushes. I use it on my neck and sometimes on the backs of my hands. Smooth skin is wonderful! My moisturizer sinks in and is really working better now. I highly recommend this cute little Mia for everyone!
