This is the only shampoo I have used for years. I have been using mane n tail for a week. i have blonde highlights, and the winter weather has been horrible on my hair. i was using a "blonde" shampoo, and it did keep it from getting brassy, but it did not give it any moisture.

i bought mane n tail after reading an article from a celebrity in Lucky magazine. she said she thought mane n tail conditioner was great for when she was on tour. so i was in CVS, and saw it and decided to give it a try.

immediately, my hair felt cleaner, and more moisturized. After a few days, it was very shiny. Sometimes, i use the conditioner in the shower, leave it on for 2 minutes, wash it out, and then put in a little when i towel dry my hair for a leave-in. it really works on my dry hair.

side note: i have a friend with oily hair and she said it made her hair more oily.

i love mane and tail it makes my hair grow very fast but it was very expensive i was expecting it to be... more ounces than a water bottle it is tiny. buy the product at walgreens for the same amount 3 times the size in a 32 oz. bottle
