I bought this product to replace Terramin which is three times as expensive and is composed of the same types of clay. The benefits from consuming clay, come from the content of minerals and ions that pull the toxins away in their journey through our intestines. The results are the same with this brand: clearer/ beautiful skin, shiny hair, better mood and more energy. There isn't clay that tastes good, so I mix it with Metamucil orange. I am getting the same insane results at a third of the price I paid before.

I bought this product to do my own facials at home, I do not need to go to the spas now.
