I have used this Neostrata face wash many times and LOVE the product so I was thrilled to see the discounted price from Impossible Discounts. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The two bottles that arrived after about 7 days were dirty and had no plastic cap on them (that is standard packaging). I called the company and they were happy to refund my money upon return of the items but I ended up having to find the product someplace else and it was a waste of time for me. I do not recommend purchasing this product from this supplier.

This facial cleanser is the bomb! My skin looks incredible. You need to use it every other day for awhile so that your skin becomes accoustomed to it. Then use it once daily followed by the AHA glycolic moisturizer.
