These extra-gentle sponges are wonderful for my skin! I just use it with my face cleanser, and move it around in small circles over my face. The roughness of the sponge cleans out my pores, and it exfoliates at the same time. My face is clear and smooth! These sponges makes a huge difference in my complexion. It's gentle enough not to feel abrasive. It's effective enough so that I feel thoroughly exfoliated.
