EO Clarifying Shampoo , Sweet Orange, 8.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)

This product itself is great, but unfortunately when I ordered through Amazon I received a different product I tried to return it and they sent me another set of wrong bottles! Instead of the shampoo for all hair types as shown in the photo and description, I received shampoo for oily hair in a totally different looking bottle! This dries out my hair too much and I cannot use it.

This is why the product gets 3 stars. Middle of the road. You may want to verify with Amazon before you place an order to see if they have fixed this. However, the shampoo itself (when you get the right stuff) is great. It doesn't foam too much so I could see how people would use more of it, but you really don't need to. You just have to get used to not having it foam as much.

The smell is heavenly!! I am going to have to drive into town to buy it now since Amazon can't seem to get this one right. :(

I got this 3 pack because this is listed slightly safer on skindeep than other shampoos. It smells great. I love their hand sanitizer spray with the same scent. The shampoo bottles are pretty small but I knew that when I bought them. The consistency is kind of like warming jello, it comes out in liquid gel like globs. My problem is with the consistency because it's hard to spread it around on my head without using a lot of extra shampoo. It foams up fine. It works great for my husband so he'll use up the 3 bottles. But I won't buy it again. It's way too expensive for me to be using 1/5 of the bottle every time I shampoo. If it came in a much larger size for the same price I'd buy it again.

I bought this 3 bottles package, I LOVE this shampoo the problem is I got the package and the shampoos were licking, and 2 of the bottles were half full.

Do I need to send them back or would you send me a replacement for the 2 bottles?

This is the replacement formulation for the old EO Sweet Orange Shampoo. Warning: it is in no way like the original. The wonderful orange smell of the original is almost totally gone, and now that they have reformulated it as a natural product or some such it doesn't really clean my hair nearly as well. I so wish EO still made the old formula -please bring it back, at least as an alternative.
