I was pleased that the product arrived a day prior to what it said it would. However, after opening the package, I found that I had paid for a product that is old, as the newer J.R. Watkins Cleansing Cream has different (better) ingredients. As this doesn't help my face as the other does, I'm now going to have to find the higher quality product somewhere else.

I've been using this stuff for years now. It's the best. I was able to stop using all moisturizer when I started using this product. It's one of my must-have beauty products.

If you love a product that leaves a soft, supple "residue" after you wash, you will love this stuff. I've been using it for over a year and can't see myself switching. The application feels wonderful, tingly, and refreshing. Sometimes I just let it sit on my face a few moments before washing it off.

Since using this product, I had not had to use any facial moisturizer. I have it, I love the product I have, but I just don't need it! Also, I truly believe my skin looks better than it did when I was using the typical chemical-laden face washes and the necessary follow-up moisturizers on the market. I would have never dreamed of going out in public without some sort of foundation makeup on in those days, but since I've been using this face wash, I now only need a light dusting of mineral powder and not even really that if I don't have the time.

I think this is the best facewash on the market. The only folks who won't like it are those who like to feel "stripped and squeaky clean". This product leaves you feeling super nourished and supple.
