I dont know what exactly they have in here but it just felt like water and it did nothing for a small scar that just needed to be faded out anyway. Total waste of money unless you wanna pay 30$ for water.
I bought this product because my skin was breaking out with my moisturizers. I tried a variety of skin creams, but just couldn't handle an oil base. I decided to try just a serum, I knew that MSM and Vitamin C were very healing to the skin. The kNutek MSM-02 serum worked great. It was not oily, yet still gave my skin some moisture. If I needed more moisture, I mixed it with a bit of aloe vera gel. What I wasn't expecting was how it cleared up the breakouts from the previous skin creams and how my skin started to look younger and smoother (I'm 50 years old).
I've also used it on my hands to help heal cuts and a burn I got on my hand. This is a great serum and I highly recommend it.
