The replacement brush heads were in new condition and were the original Clarisonic brand. I wanted to clarify this because I've seen other reviews where people have gotten brushes that were made to fit the Clarisonic but were not the original brand. The only complaint I have with this product is that the bristles didn't seem to be completely straight, but otherwise they were in new condition.

These replacement brush heads did not come in any kind of packaging identifying them as a genuine Clarisonic product. Furthermore, after a single use the bristles began to flatten and spread apart, like an old tooth brush. Don't order these replacement heads from this company.
