I use this product because it gives skin a beautiful inner glow by cleansing toxins from the liver. Makeup doesn't have the capacity to replicate the results I have from using this product. Silica based skin/hair products don't seem to give the same result, so I use this product more for the glow, silica (horsetail) more for hair thickness and growth. I see a noticeable different within 1-2 days of using this brand of Yellow Dock.
