This is a great product. After one wash, I notice a softness and more body to my hair, my hair felt more hydrated. I used this product for 3 months then went back to another product. With the change to the old product, i notice my hair started shedding and had no body. I recently when back to Wen, and instantly notice the return of softness, body and hydration. My hair is less dry and less frizzy after using this product. I no longer use conditioner since I started using it. If I want it extra soft, I will use a pump as a leave in conditioner. It smells good. I like that it has all natural ingredients, not like shampoos that contain chemicals that can be harmful to us humans.

I tried the product months ago. I did not follow directions and went to my hair dresser in between and gave up although then I noticed no hair coming out in my comb. I had a 3/4 bottle left and just as I gave up on my hairdresser I gave it another try, I tried it and I followed directions. The rinsing with cool clear water is important and it seems that clear h2o detangles after massaging wen in. I followed directions though I don't need the number of pumps that it says and added just a touch of olive oil. I used it now without olive oil unless I have been in the sun or rain, and I love it. my hair is baby soft. This is great for afro-american hair natural. Using it as a leave in conditioner is amazing. In between I go to a hairdresser who uses the product. I remembered that growing up I shampooed in cold water and had healthy hair. I am growing out my perm and wen has seemed to solve some hair loss problems.After years of hair loss into my combs and brushes, Hair is growing back and has reached my shoulder. the water temperature is important as is the absence of suds.
