This product does keep me shine-free. When I use it, I don't have the usual greasy build-up on my face at the end of the day. It is not sticky or tacky in any way. When applied, it goes on smoothly and doesn't feel as though it's just sitting on top of my skin.

This product works very well to control an oily face, it goes on smoothly and leaves your skin looking and feeling good. Generally speaking, I have combination skin, but in the hot Arizona summer, it gets sort of oily. This product works well to reduce the oily, slick face of summer. I've used it on the occasional breakouts, and it doesn't realy seem to do too muh there, though. It's more like preventative maintenance. It's not cheap, so I don't think I'll necessarily replace it when I run out, I'll just use it sparingly until I run out (since I'm retired and don't need to dress up every day). If you don't mind the cost, and need to control your facial oil on a daiy basis, then I think you will find this product very useful!

This is a great product that keeps oily skin mattified.

I've got oily skin during the warmer seasons and use the Medibac range of products, which often dry out the skin. I therefore use a medium weight moisturiser to compensate for this. I then apply the mattifier on top to control the shine whilst keeping the skin moisturised.

The only precaution I'd provide is to keep it away from sensitive areas around the eye and lips which can get irritated from salicylic acid.
