Molton Brown Molton Brown Cool Buchu Bodywash - 10 fl oz

I was a diehard fan of Molton Brown Re-Charge Black Pepper Body Wash when a friend told me about Buchu. I love the scent, it's light, crisp and fresh and it's not overpowering enough to throw off a good cologne. I've found it to be a better summer scent, as I want something a little less floral and a little more woodsy in the colder months. I usually pair this with Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Deodorant Stick 2.5 oz stickand it's quite complimentary. If you're wondering why you should spend so much on a small bottle of body wash, let me first tell you that a nickel sized amount of any Molton Brown product goes a long way and secondly, the scent in this bottle is nothing like something you pick up at the local drug store. I've found products like Axe, Dove Men or Old Spice to smell nice at first but soon after, they leave me smelling like the laundry detergent aisle and I don't really like smelling like abrasive cleaner. I usually get one of these bottles to last between four and six months and its worth every penny.

This has a wonderful crisp and light scent that is perfect for summer. I am not one to wear cologne or anything with fragrance, but I take exception to this wash since it is not overwhelming. That said I definitely would not wear cologne or any other fragrance products with this unless you want to be one of those people that cause the eyes of others to water when stuck in an elevator you know what I am talking about, the people who wear so much cologne / perfume that if you are stuck in an elevator with them your eyes start to water and your throat closes up...

On a more serious side the #1 reason to buy this or almost any other Molton Brown product is because of the health score on GoodGuide.com for this product the score is a perfect 10 out of 10 for the "Human Health Impacts". Anyone ever wonder why Molton Brown doesn't list all the product ingredients on their website and asks you to call their offices for more info?

Here's just a Partial list of the chemicals in this product, it was pretty painstaking 5 minutes to try and copy them off the bottle into text, here goes:

Mind you folks, you're paying $30 for 10 fluid ounces laced with garbage:

There's at least another 5 ingredients in addition to this list I didn't even mention. I wouldn't even wash my car with this thing.

I am immediately returning this product back to amazon, and am no longer using goodguide.com for any credible reference.
