Dickinson Witch Hazel Cleansing Astringent - 8 Oz

i somehow stumbled across the name "witch hazel" online and decided to buy it cuz it is so cheap and i red good things about it.

Now this "witch hazel"..is one of these natural remedies you just never hear about..all we see on TV is the same old brand name junk. Glad i came across this simple inexpensive product.

I use it on my face and i use it a lot more than twice a day on some areas. It does not make my skin feel dry at all, actually refreshing. This stuff speeds up the skins healing process so it's awesome for anything swelling or any outbreak of the skin.

Since it's an anti-itch it also makes for the BEST aftershave ever. I use it on my body as well as face.

Note: for me this does not prevent acne,however, it is good for existing acne and redness, without irritating.

I have been using this product for sometime and have been very pleased with the results. I find it works for me as well as much higher priced astringents. If you are thinking of trying it, I recommend you do so. I love it.

I guess this does a decent job, but there are lots of natural toners/astringents on the market that work as well, are price-competitive, and smell sooooo much better. I just can't take the smell of this product!

As luck would have it I stumbled across witch hazel on a DE shaving forum. I use it after I shave in place of after shave. I get horrible horrible ingrown hairs and razor burn which is why I switched to DE shaving. This stuff works amazing. I now have zero irritation and my face doesn't look like a permanent war zone. It does not sting, has very little odor that does not stick around. I will be buying more in a larger quantity when I run out. If you are a DE shaver this is a necessity!
