This was the best $100 ($97 & change) I ever SPENT! It may seem expensive until we ask ourselves: How much am I willing to pay for items that are NO good for me (from "fine" spirits to expensive high heels)? I purchased this deluxe CKLS kit in 2009 & have used it to cleanse TWICE & planning my third. I choose to cleanse during my Spring Breaks. The first time in 2009 it was fairly painless (though the discipline in NYC/Restaurant capital is a challenge:-): I followed the instructions & was amazed to flush out so many Gallstones. I had a friend who just had surgery to remove her painful Gallstones months before I tried the cleanse so I was EXTRA Happy about their painless elimination from my system!In 2010 I didn't prepare my body as well in the pre-cleanse phase & "paid" for it during the cleanse because I was NAUSEOUS most of the time but I was STILL excited to eliminate more Gallstones! Now, here in 2011 I am down to my last 23 tablets of each "ingredient" & I plan to make this the BEST cleanse EVER because I pray I'll be disciplined enough to continue a primarily Fruit/Vegetable diet once the cleanse is done. Not sure if it's possible to get rid of EVERY Gallstone but I'll do my best to reduce cholesterol which seems to be the major cause of them (according to medicine.net:-). Weight loss may be ONE of the results of this cleanse but it wasn't my focus.
PS The Kit I purchased contained 100 capsules each of: CKLS, 4-PG (Nutrient), Freed-om (Blood Detox) & Wormz-B-Gone, plus 16 oz. of Olive Oil. I used up the kit's Olive Oil the first time but found it easy to replace in my local grocer/health food store. I love that each capsule's ingredients are herbs I'm familiar with like: Aloe Vera, Chamomile, Cascara Sagrada, Alfalfa, Kelp, Golden Seal, Burdock Root, Garlic, Cayenne, etc.
