I bought this product at a local supermarket with a big purple $2-off coupon on the front. I was skeptical because of the price. I read the back of the bottle and it claimed to clean dirt, oil and makeup without drying. The front said it gives a "glowing, balanced complexion". It was exactly what I was looking for! =] I've been using it for two weeks and here's what I think so far:

Pros Leaves skin feeling really clean and smooth, has a great "lockable" pump dispenser, a little bit goes a long way, light scent, helped to heal up a cystic pimple, is actually fading dark spots and giving me an even compexion (In just two weeks!)

Cons Does tend to leave a slight film on skin post-wash, second ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate, might be a little too strong for every day use

pHisoderm Deep Cleaning Cream Cleanser is a great alternative to regular soap. It leaves your skin with a nice clean feel without having that dried out feeling. The price seems to have come down and appears to be readily availability.

Thank goodness I found this product. It's by far the best cleanser that I've ever used, and I've continued to use it for about 10 years. I have combination skin, and this product doesn't overdry my skin. I've used Olay foaming facial cleanser (too harsh and drying), Aveeno foaming face wash (too irritating), Cetaphil (didn't take make-up off well), Garnier cream face wash (made me break out), and a myriad of others. I keep coming back to this, and I'm thrilled with the price. I would pay more if I had to, but I don't! The only drawback I've found to using this is that I can't seem to find it in many stores, so I have to order online and keep it stockpiled in case I run out.

This cleanser makes my face feel really clean without making it feel tight or dried out. I love the scent. I couldn't find it on the shelf at the store. I discovered from a pharmacist that because it contains ingredients that are ordinarily found in prescription products it is now sold through the pharmacy. No prescription needed it just needs to be specially ordered and picked up at the pharmacy! However it's much easier to order it through Amazon and less expensive too!
