The product arrived on time and was packaged well. The shampoo was not as thick as in the hair salon, it has a runny consistency.

I adore this shampoo. It smells fantastic and is really easy to use. I have found other sulfate-free shampoos difficult to lather well. If it wasn't so expensive I would give it five stars for sure.
